Zimmerman Has Been Arrested Again .

How did George Zimmerman get acquitted for the charges of Trayvon Martin's death?

I watched the trial. The whole trial. If you watched it, a better question would be “How did George Zimmerman get charged with Trayvon Martin's death?”The local DA reviewed the evidence and wanted nothing to do with the case. He knew trying Zimmermann was a losing proposition. The governor brought in a special prosecutor for that purpose. The entire trial was televised from end to end to ensure that there was no secret negotiations or hidden deals. No network carried it. No network reported the trial in depth during the actual proceedings despite painting Zimmermann as a cold blooded killer and Martin as a young and innocent child. What happened in the trial?Martin's girlfriend came off as a liar who changed her story to fit whoever she was talking to.The fact that Martin was a LOT bigger than Zimmerman became an issue. The prosecutor's star witness, a resident in the neighborhood wound up being the best possible witness the defense could ask for, basically placing Martin on top of Zimmerman.Ballistic evidence backed this up.So did stains on Zimmerman, the medical evidence, and the photographs. The prosecutor had such a weak case that they did something rather unusual; they attempted to tack on a child abuse charge at the end of the trial, knowing that their murder charge wasn't going to stick. The jury found Zimmerman not guilty, all the hype that the media made about stand-your-ground amounted to nothing. The rest is history.

If Trayvon Martin had won the fight against George Zimmerman and killed him with one punch, would he have been presumed innocent (via stand your ground) given that Zimmerman is unable to provide his side of the story?

It's telling that the premise of this question has Trayvon Martin, a slightly built teenager, somehow strong enough to kill a man with one punch. Even well-trained fighters can't ordinarily do that. It plays into the fear of black men as criminal supervillains. Zimmerman certainly had that view, which goes a long way toward explaining why he shot Martin.Had Martin walked away from this altercation rather than Zimmerman, it's safe to say that he would have been arrested and charged with murder quite quickly. He would face trial with a legal presumption of innocence, but it would be hard given the circumstances to avoid a conviction for one charge or another.

Will George Zimmerman kill again?

So let me preface this answer by stating that I am not related to GZ. We share the same cousins by marriage. Prior to the fateful events of that night, my cousins never even mentioned this guy in passing to me. That being said here is my answer.GZ has no remorse over what he did and in fact feels empowered by his acquittal. I don’t believe he intended to kill anyone that night. But he is definitely reveling in the notoriety upon becoming a poster boy for Castle Doctrine and Stand Your Ground laws. I thought that things had died down but he kept popping up in the news.My cousins are devout Christian gentlemen who stood by GZ, 100%. You may think that this reflects poorly on their judgment, but blood is thicker than water. I cannot fault them for defending the cousin they know and love despite his numerous failings. This exchange occurred on Facebook back on Aug 24 2017, discussing Black Lives Matter protests:So if you take a person with zero remorse for their abhorrent actions, allow them to have access to firearms, and create a plausible defense to repeat their abhorrent actions; will they kill again?Yes, I think it is highly likely that he will kill again. He is itching for any excuse to draw a weapon on someone.

What do you think of George Zimmerman's recent arrest on domestic violence? Does his recent arrest lead us deeper into the true nature of who George Zimmerman is?

It calls his character into question and with it everything we thought we knew about the verdict in the Trayvon Martin trial.  The rabid supporters of his and the verdict forget that we only had his word that Martin was the aggressor.  In the absence of any physical evidence proving otherwise, Zimmerman's word was good enough for an acquittal.  But in the court of public opinion, things have changed.   Let's be clear, Zimmerman is being accused of a lot more than garden variety domestic violence.  First, police have now responded to two domestic violence incidents with two separate women in less than three months - and this in less than five months since his acquittal.  Now we have him allegedly pointing a loaded gun at his new girlfriend and apparently barricading himself in the house after police arrived on the scene. Add to this the earlier history of violent incidents including resisting arrests and it is becoming clear that Zimmerman is a liar and a habitually violent and frequently out of control man who should never have been allowed to possess a gun.   Given that, why should we give him the benefit of the doubt about Martin or anything else?   This man is  a public menace.  And some of his ardent supporters on the right better hope that he and they don't have more blood on their hands real soon.

Do you think if George Zimmerman DID NOT have a gun he would have followed Trayvon Martin?

Yes. I think he was what we called when I was a medic a "roger rescue." By this I mean someone who seeks out the gratification of being "a hero" by emulating police and public safety professionals but without actually going through the rigorous training to have developed any sensible judgement or deeper understanding of the considerations actually made by professionals. This kind of personality is very common in the field. You encounter people with cars loaded up with radios or lights, who carry equipment they are only roughly knowledgeable about, and who often make situations worse or even dangerous. Sometimes their motive is simply misguided desire to assist, but more often this type does not appear to have the same personality as real rescuers or cops, they are playing a role, and the hero in their make-believe is themselves. This kind is very different from many volunteer services, in that they don't adhere to training (if they ever get any) or the logic behind it, instead they act like someone would on TV.The "roger rescue" types who are fixated on cops are dangerous. Cops carry weapons, so they do too. But cops get very rigorous training and endless practice on how to avoid using deadly force. It's easy to carry a gun. It's harder to carry a gun, face a dangerous or frightening situation, and to handle that situation without ever drawing it. It takes training, and an adult playing at being a cop to fulfill a fantasy role for themself is dangerous indeed. But all that said, when that person gets themselves into a situation where they are flat on their back and are being beat up on, the law says they may use deadly force.I should also point out that there is another common self-deluded type on the streets. Teens who think of themselves as tough guys and who are quick to confront and get in fights with nutty people who might just be carrying a gun.Loose cannons, meeting to each others detriment. Both chose to confront the other, had either had the sense to simply avoid contact the situation need never have escalated.

How did George Zimmerman get away with murder?

Florida has a law that says if you have a gun and pick a fight with someone you have the right to shoot them. However if you are unarmed and attacked by a person with a gun you don't have the right to defend yourself. It's a very weird state.

Will George Zimmerman face federal civil charges in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin?  If so, what outcome do you foresee?

I don't think the federal government will pursue criminal charges. The case apparently simply wasn't strong enough to meet that burden of proof. He'll probably face a civil suit for wrongful death.

When is Victor Cruz going to be arrested?

When is Victor Cruz going to be arrested?
If he is not arrested, are people going to threaten to riot and go looting unless the governor appoints a special prosecutor? Are people going to ask the DOJ to commence a civil rights case? Are people going to smash more than forty police cars, burn down more than a dozen buildings and assault nearly two hundred fifty innocent individuals if those people do not like the results of the above?

Is George Zimmerman father a judge?

I have been hearing that george father is a judge. Is this the reason he is not arrested? If so, omg. No wonder the police is bending over backwards to defend zimmerman.
