Should I buy the Nintendo 3DS XL Galaxy style console or should I wait for the Pokemon Sun and moon 3DS XL?
I feel very honored to have been asked to answer.I can’t tell you what to do, but I can suggest what I would do. Personally, I find buying the newest console as soon as it comes out to be a little overrated.Is it going to be the newest and coolest thing? It will definitely be the newest, and it probably Is the coolest. However, if it’s all that it’s hyped to be, then it will stick around for a while. Waiting until the price drops, occasionally for a significant amount of time, is typically the best plan. By that time it will have a more solid game library that utilizes it’s full processing potential and you will have just as much fun at a reduced price. That’s not the fun answer, but it is the most economical one.Plus, if you already have a 3DS you already have one of the best hand-held gaming devices ever made. Make the best use of it while it’s still supported, that way you can have the best of both worlds.
3DS XL circle pad broke? Normal or no?
What do you mean by "the circle pad came of"? If it literally, came off, then lol, yes it's broken .
My 3ds XL circle pad broke off?
It's Smash Bros fault. Mine broke Day 2 after launch. Strange thing is, though, it doesn't affect how I play because the responsiveness is still there. Most For Glorys go without a hitch. I recommend trying it out with just the square. Only difference is that the center of your thumb controls the stick rather than the edges. Plus, you can surprise people who still have their circle pad intact. You can get used to it. Not a big deal.
Do the cover plates for the "New 3ds" work for the old 3ds?!?
I was going to get this for my friend for her birthday, but i found out she has the regular sized 3ds, not the XL. http://popularforsale.com/products/original-nintendo-3ds-xl-zelda-gold-edition-full-replacement-housing-shell-case?variant=9497911747 (If anyone knows if this case is available for the regular 3ds that would be great!) So i'm going to get her another one instead.But it says its for the New 3ds. And she has the old 3ds, not the new one! Will the case still fit?
SHOULD I GET THE 3DS or DS lite?
As some of the others have pointed out, Nintendo is weeding out the regular DS titles and has shifted their focus entirely to the 3DS. The 3DS handhelds can play all of the old DS games, so you don't have to worry about backwards compatibility. All the extra features that come with the 3DS are well worth the upgrade and the gaming library is very impressive as well. Battery life is an issue for the 3DS and the normal models have a flaw that causes the screens to scratch while the system is closed. That issue was corrected in the 3DS XL models, which also sport much longer battery life. The XL also sports a better button layout and a sturdier frame. As far as games go, Nintendo already has a lot of excellent titles, including: - Pokemon Mystery Dungeon - Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon - Fire Emblem: Awakening - Kid Icarus: Uprising - Mario Kart 7 - Ocarina of Time 3D - Starfox 3D I'd recommend upgrading to the 3DS XL and Nintendo has a deal going until April 30th (link below). If you purchase and register a new XL, along with Pokemon or Luigi's Mansion, you can download Starfox 3D or Super Mario Land 3D for free.
