Online role play chat sites?
No account and talking to random strangers. There may be one or two, but I doubt they are well known. For role playing sites, you normally have to have an account. If you change your mind about the account thing, I know Chatango is a popular anime type role play chat site and making an account there takes a username, password, e-mail, and about 15 seconds of your time, unless you take too long thinking of a name/pass.
Where can i find roleplay chat rooms?
Check out Blue Moon Roleplaying. It does have chat, but it is more focused on finding RP partners. RPs are often done via PMs, threads, IM, or e-mail.
Are there any RolePlay chat rooms?
Okay so I've been role playing online for years. And I mainly use Chatango and Chathour. I'm looking for something new. I don't want one of those RPG rooms with the forums and crap. Does anyone know an active Hetalia Roleplay site?
Try looking around at the larger cosplay groups. There are LOADS of Hetalia cosplayers now, and you are bound to find more in an active cosplay group than a Hetalia-specific one. I particularly recommend checking Deviantart as it tends to attract the higher quality players. Just be sure to be polite and unobtrusive as they can be a moody, defensive bunch at times.

Does anyone know a Hetalia roleplay site?
I'm actually making a Roleplay Forum at the moment for Hetalia xD I still need to finalize some things but it's a good place to go and RP. Plus there's also places you can put your Fanart and Fanfiction. You can also RP as an existing character or make something up yourself. It's kind of an off group I decided to make because my friend and I made a group on Facebook for Hetalia. You're welcome to Roleplay there if you'd like. Joining the IRC networks wolf.furnet.org or irc.anthrochat.net you will find several RP chats. Another resource is simply using the search function in the FurAffiniy forum for topics related to yiffy RPs and you'll find many people who are interested. I checked today, someone made a forum post about that today.
