Evil Dead

Hobbs Angel of Death

Whiplash

-Slaughter is a bit heavier...but the others are comparable

***this link of Whiplash may be better (closer to kill em all style)

***i know what you mean...these are just other early thrash metal bands....but really, no album will sound exactly the same unless they set out to be like that band. Its like Megadeth's Peace Sells.....I don't ever imagine an album like that as its unique jazzy touches are not in any other thrash band i've heard

Are there any bands/albums similar to Panic! at the Disco's first album 'A Fever You Can't Sweat Out'?

I really like the electronica element in Panic's first album, and was pretty turned off their second album 'Pretty. Odd.' because it completely lacked any electronic influence whatsoever.

I love listening to 'A Fever You Can't Sweat Out' but there's only so many times I can listen to the same thirteen songs over and over again before getting bored.

Does anyone know of any other bands or specific albums that have a dance-y electronic feel similar to that of Panic's first album?
Cobra Starship immediately comes to mind, but are there any others?

Albums similar to "The Emptiness" by Alesana?

Dance Gavin Dance - "Downtown Battle Mountain II" [2011]
A Skylit Drive - "Identity on Fire" [2011], "Adelphia" [2009], "Wires & The Concept of Breathing" [2008], "She Watched the Sky" [2007]
Emarosa - "Relativity" [2008]
D.R.U.G.S. aka (Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows) - Thier cd is self-titled. [2011]
Chiodos - "Illuminaudio" [2010], "Bone Palace Ballet" [2007], "All's Well That Ends Well" [2005]
Senses Fail - "Still Searching" [2006]
Pierce the Veil - "Flair for the Dramatic" [2007]

I stuck to the post hardcore genre like what Alesana is. Also AFI's albums tell stories. "Sing the Sorrow" and "decemberunderground". Also their latest release, "Crash Love" which is like Alt/rock. An amazing album. That one tells a story. There's not screaming on it though. It places more emphasis on each musicians playing more. Fantastic album. Most of these bands/albums I was just comparing to Alesana's post hardcore sound, not so much about telling a story. Not so many bands tell stories from beginning to end, but some do. "American Idiot" by Green Day tells a story, but they're pop punk. Like Chiodos, A Skylit Drive, PTV, DGD all those bands are more for similar in sound. Great bands though!

Is there any band similar in sound to the album numbers by woe is me?

Now I have searched the web far and wide and there is no other music, no other album that is remotely similar to Woe is me's first album, Numbers, so I have resulted to asking outside sources what to look for to satisfy my long search.

A fever you can't sweat out, any similar albums?

go for another album from panic at the disco, or go for everything Fall Out Boy, Short Stack etc.
