Any One Recognise This Logo

How do people recognize me in a hat?

I would walk around the community wearing a round ski hat which covers most of my face and people I know still recognize me in that hat. How is that? I wouldn’t recognize someone’s face if they wore a hat like that. I mean, shouldn’t that be a disguise? If I want to have a disguise where no one knows who I am, what should I wear? A ski mask? Even if I wore sunglasses, people still recognize me and I sunglasses and any type of hat is supposed to hide your face so you look like someone else? I guess not because people still recognize me.

What is the significance of the bite taken out of the Apple logo?

There are many stories and rumors around there about Apple company's logo. Some are giving theories like inspired by Newton's experiment, or by mythological event of Adam and Eve, and the like. As per one more interesting theory, it is a tribute to geek and homosexual guy Alan Turing, who laid the foundations for the modern computers and researched in the domain of AI. However, designer Rob Janoff declined this theory and Steve Jobs didn't utter a word about it till he lived, we can just believe Rob's answer as a perfect theory.CNN also says that: Unraveling the tale behind the Apple logo - CNN.comSee what Apple logo designer Rob said about theories around it:RJ: Well, I'm probably the least religious person, so Adam and Eve didn't have anything to do with it. The bite of knowledge sounds fabulous, but that's not it. And there is a whole lot of other lore about it. Turing the famous supposed father of computer science who committed suicide in the early 50's was british and was accused of being homosexual, which he was. He was facing a jail sentence so he committed suicide to avoid all that. So, I heard one of the legends being that the colored logo was an homage to him. People think I did the colored stripes because of the gay flag. And, that was something really thought for a long time. The other really cool part was that apparently he killed himself with a cyanide laced apple. And, then I found out Alan Turing's favorite childhood story was Snow White where she falls asleep forever afrer eating a poisoned apple to be woken up by the handsome prince. Anyway, when I explain the real reason why I did the bite it's kind of a let down. But I'll tell you. I designed it with a bite for scale, so people get that it was an apple not a cherry. Also it was kind of iconic about taking a bite out of an apple. Something that everyone can experience. It goes across cultures. If anybody ever had an apple he has probably bitten into it and that's what you get. It was after I designed it that my creative director told me: "Well you know, there is a computer term called byte". And I was like: "You're kidding!" So, it was like perfect, but it was coincidental that it was also a computer term. At the time I had to be told everything about basic computer terms. - See more at: Sorry, Glenn Beck: The Apple Logo Is Not A Secret Salute To Alan Turing Hope this will help. Thanks.

Monitor/graphics card isn't recognised during startup?

Step one identify your graphics:

Ati Radeon 2100 will be on board aka not plugged into a slot.

HD3450 the opposite of whats written above.

Once you identify the graphics you can obtain drivers for it from AMD or other manufacturer as Acer appears to have really dropped the ball on this one.

If it continues after a driver installation open the case and visually inspect the board and cards for the following.
Blown or discolored capacitors, dust, debris, Note there may be a row of capacitors right next to the CPU heat sink that are hidden from view "engineering at it's finest" .

When do you need to consider design a logo for your business?

Logos are very helpful in most businesses to give you a visual personality. You need personality to build loyalty because you want repeat customers who are far easier to sell to than new ones. The great plus is that your loyal customers tell their friends. In some fields where the english langauge skills are high you can manage with just a word Trademark. For example my registered Trade Mark is RWTM and I dont bother with a logo because my clients easily recognise the four letters as being mine in the legal field. I dont even have to complain to competitors because they are all sensible enough to keep clear. In countries where English is not the first language a logo becomes more important for example someone may not recognise or pronounce rolls royce but they will recognise the RR logo.Typically if you are hoping for global success you will want an english sounding Trademark - which may well be meaningless and have a logo to go with it. So for example - McDonalds with the golden M (called the three arches).

How could this logo be improved?

Your logo reminds me a lot of the java logo. You need to think about two things when designing a logo.PlacementThe shape of the logo and detailing dictates how it will be used and where it will be placed. Most high street logos use wide logos that can be placed on a building and typically use just a typeface as the design. I’m not sure if Coffee for Two is for a shop, but that’s something to consider if you use a square logo like the one above.ScaleabilityLogos should look good at all sizes. Too much detail and you risk losing your identity at small scales. How good would your logo look on the side of a building and on a napkin? With those in mind might I suggest ditching the image altogether and just go for (what I see in my mind) an obvious design you can take advantage of? The two f’s in coffee can be made to look like steam in the logo you used. I’ve made a rough logo in Word of what kind of style you could go for below. I’ve used the Georgian letter har for the f’s since they look like cups with steam coming out of them for a nice touch.I’ve also used a dark orange colour for vibrancy, but you could experiment with colours and see what looks best. A golden brown would be a good choice if you wanted to represent the colour of coffee more accurately.Icon design for merchandise or as an app logo.
