Ok I'm 22 and in need of some money. So I was on a social network site and someone asked me if I wanted to make a legit $5000. I replied how and he wanted me to take some nude photos if myself. So I was scared to do it at first but ended up sending the nudes pictures because he offered me $12,000 in the end. Come to find out that the person was a cop. He told me that if I be cool he will be cool. Can I go to jail for sending these pictures for money? Can he get in trouble as well? I havent met up with him yet for the money I'm too scared.

Now days they often do it through electronic means. If you do so, you need to realize a few key points: 1. If there are any sexual activity or posturing it can be viewed as pornography and if you are under 18 it will be child pornography in which you can be charge for producing, distributing and possession. If it consists of people doing everyday things with no sexual over tone then it can be legal per the US Third District Appellate Court decision (Oct 2000). However that doesn't mean if caught by law enforcement you won't be charged and dragged through the courts before they dismiss the case. 2. Pictures today are digital and once sent out can be never be controlled or recalled. With a digital picture you never know if the receiver will forward them or if someone else might intercept or steal them. Imagine a feather pillow opened up on a breezy day and then you try to collect back all of the feathers. It isn't going to happen. 3. Pictures taken and distributed now may reappear years later when you have thought them long gone and lost. Usually this will occur at the most inopportune times. If you are ok with this then there may not be anything wrong with it, but if you are not completely comfortable then it's not advisable to do so. Good luck

Very likely that he's asking for nudes, that's normally what guys want when they ask you to send them a pic. If it was sort of a short meeting, it could just be a "let me see what you look like again" but more than likely its for nudes
