Yu're actually not ugly or average at all like everyone is saying. Honestly if you did something nice with your hair, maybe got some highlights or a more radiant colour you would look much better. Also the lighting in the photo is very unflattering, so is the angle. I think you are pretty and would benefit greatley from a touch of mascara and a better camera :) You have a really cute face which is in proportion. Ignore the comments above and don't take it to heart young girl, it's probably because you have alot of spots on your head... you will grow up to be beautiful im sure. Edit - you need to fill in your eyebrows, that is what is making you look average, you have no eyebrows :) get a light eyebrow pencil and fill them in softly... it will make your eyes pop especially with a little mascara and better hair... you will look beauty queen1!!!! and u have a lovely smile and great long thick hair!!!

How do you know if you're ugly or average?
You state that you have very long hair. Assuming that you properly look after your hair & you have your hair trimmed regularly (1 inch hair cuts every 3 months), you have a wonderful asset in terms of your personal beauty! Long hair (& even more so, very long hair) that is properly looked after can transform a very ordinary looking girl into a very pretty, very feminine girl. There is every reason for you to feel very positively about your appearance.

Why do pretty women call themselves ugly?
I’ve known a number of women I would consider extremely pretty, and never did I hear one call herself “ugly.”But I have seen them downplay the importance of their beauty.For instance, I used to work with a woman who was so pretty that one of our female supervisors, who was ordinarily very P.C.. made a remark about how the woman’s daughter was beautiful — “just like Mommy!”My extremely pretty coworker did not seem comfortable with the comment. And it always seemed to me that at some level she deemphasized her beauty. She rarely wore makeup or did her hair, for instance. I had a conversation with her that sort of made me feel like she felt like her competence and professional goals were more or less ignored by others.Note that she never called herself “ugly,” she just deemphasized her beauty.I also knew one very pretty young woman who legitimately believed herself to be very physically unattractive. And she was not aiming for a humble brag or trying to deemphasize her beauty, either.Unfortunately, this young woman suffers from Body Dysmorphic Disorder. According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America. “BDD is a body-image disorder characterized by persistent and intrusive preoccupations with an imagined or slight defect in one's appearance.” Factors contributing to BDD include genetic predisposition and the malfunctioning of serotonin in the brain.Still, while she truly believed she was physically unattractive (despite all evidence to the contrary), even she never described herself as “ugly.” At least not in my presence.So, while I haven’t answered your question, per se, I do think that some very pretty women try to reduce the emphasis others put on their beauty. I wanna help you, because I've been on both sides of the wall,, I've been the unattractive fat girl nobody wants and now I'm the curvy pretty girl with allot of man trouble (in a good way, lol). So I hope you pay attention to what I say. Please don’t take anything of what I’m about to say as scolding,, because I’m offering you the honest truth in my opinion. After I lost nearly 40kg, I was being hit on more than ever before in my life, People complemented me on my looks, But I didn’t feel comfortable about my self and suffer allot of self-esteem issues,, as you do. And then finally,, I had enough of thinking like you do,, It was getting me nowhere, a huge revolving door or self pity , loathing and pointlessness. The lesson learnt for me was,, My body is my body and I’m stuck with it for life. It doesn’t matter what you look like on the outside,, it's what’s going on in your head!!! And all the weight loss and plastic surgery in the world won’t help you there. Get over your problems, if you meet a guy who want's to be with you, it's because HE WANTS TO BE WITH YOU, if he dumps you for a prettier girl than your better off without him, he was a shallow jerk who followed his dick?? Where’s the tragedy of dropping someone like that? But if you refuse him because you think you’re not as pretty as your neighbor is, you’re never going to find happiness. Forget the loathing pretty girl syndrome, your friend sounds like she’s miserable, why are you jealous of her? 3 babies, 3 different daddy’s, dosent work? whores herself off for treats... how ‘s that something to be envious of ??
