Becoming an apple developer under 18?
I'm 16 and want to develop apps and I live in the US. I already know how to, but I'm having trouble becoming an apple developer. I've heard you have to be over 18 to become one, but I've read this : https://developer.apple.com/wwdc/faq/ , it says that you have to be a registered developer and be at least over 13. Does this mean they changed the age limit? I couldn't find anything on the apple developers website that said anything about age, where could I find info on that?

Game creating software? Blender, or Unity?
I want to create a video game. I was wondering if any of you know of a free game developing software? Also, What happens when you create a video game with blender, or unity? Can you sell it somehow? Can you copyright it? Can you put it on a system? How? Which is better, Blender, or Unity? Do all games you make have to be all action/nature? Cuz that's all I seem to see... Oh, and what specs/requirements must your computer have to run the software? (I'm on a laptop.)
