Pizza Hut Retirement Benefit (No Longer Employed There)?
I left this company 19 years ago wen it was owned by Pepsico and hadn't looked back. 19 years later I received a letter from Yum! Brands, Inc telling me I have a retirement benefit totaling some $3,000 and I have a short time to claim it or forfeit it. It says I need a copy of my birth certificate or a copy of my passport neither of which I have. I haven't seen my original birth certificate in more than 40 years so I wonder where to get it replaced and if it can be replaced quickly? Born in Torrance, California 1964. The same for getting a passport. How do I go about it? Not going anywhere but the letter says Birth Certificate or Passport.
