I have been looking, and there is a lot of rumors about who is singing it, and what the name of the song is. The closest I got what the band's name is Nichya, and the song is something called yo ne glotayu.

*now these are most likely not the correct words but it's something like this

It is titled "Comfort Eagle" by CAKE. Great song! Lots of people were disappointed that it wasn't included in the Shallow Hal Soundtrack. It can be found on their album titled "Comfort Eagle"
