YES, you should. Here's why: 1. You waste a lot of time browsing Facebook without getting any real value. Recently, what you really see in Facebook, selfie? bad news? your friend posting about food? I mean, how can these things affect you in positive way? If you ask me, they don't. 2. Facebook is a facade, you don't get to know the whole story. Your Facebook friends only show what's good, not the whole thing. I'll give an example, some friend of yours might have posted to have eaten in a fancy restaurant with an expensive menu, but you really don't know that for the past few days she's been eating cheap fast food burgers, left-overs or microwave food bought at 7-11. Or that could be the first time she have eaten in a fancy restaurant and of course the logical thinking she have is that, "I have to post this in Facebook so that everyone will know that I can afford to eat here." Here's another, your friend post his brand new car in Facebook, you wonder how he can afford that really nice car. But really how much is left in his bank account? And that car could probably just loaned, in the end it is all credit really. I could write more, but you know what I mean, you know your friends better.3. Now, when you see that all good things are happening with your Facebook friends, you start to compare your life with them. Since you don't know the story behind each posts, you start to think that their life is way better than yours. You start to feel like a total loser then. When you feel like a loser, you become less productive, unhappy, and most of all you lose your self-esteem. If in any case you start your day checking Facebook, then most probably your mood might be affected, your whole day might not be that great. There's even a research that frequent Facebook checking  causes depression. 4. You become productive when you quit Facebook. Simple reason, one less distraction. It's just really logical, the lesser the distraction the more you can concentrate on your work or whatever your doing. The last time I quit Facebook is when I had to finish my research for my master studies in engineering. So I quit Facebook, then I finished all experiments and coding in two months. Guess what, I've even finished my PhD a year a ago.

Competitively speaking, Blaziken and Incineroar are probably tied at the top. Blaziken for Somgon Singles, and Incinerator for VGC.Both Blaziken and Mega Blaziken are in the Users tier, the highest tier in Smogon Singles if you ignore Mega Rayquaza. It has great attack stats and offensive STAB coverage in fighting and fire. Only it's underwhelming speed dragged it down. In gen 5, however, it got the ability speed boost, essentially removing his speed problem. This prompted it to get banned to Ubers till this date. It is able to set up a Swords Dance, get a Speed Boost, and essentially one shot and outspeed everything in OverUsed, even choice scarf users after 2–3 Speed Boosts. Mega Blaziken does the same thing, without the benefit of focus sash but with extra attack, so regular Blaziken is usually preferred.Incineroar got the ability Intimidate in USUM, allowing it to compete with Landorus-T, once considered the undisputed best intimidator in the game. Intimidate is an amazing ability in VGC as it uses the doubles format, allowing intimidate to get a free attack drop on both opposing Pokemon upon switch-in. While Landorus would usually start spamming rock slide with a choice scarf to get flinches, Incineroar got fake out, which essentially makes one opponent useless for a turn. Incineroar is also rather bulky, allowing it to stay in and be more of an offensive threat than Landorus with STAB flare blitz and knock off to threaten common Pokemon like Meragross and Amoongus.So far, all the starters are decent in their respective tiers, besides poor Blastoise, but Blaziken is simply the best so I chose it. In UnderUsed, Choice Specs Primarina has a painful Moonblast, while Mega Venusaur is a really solid wall with thick fat and nice recovery. In Overused, both Charizard Megas are great wall breakers, and Zard X has the option of setting up a sweep with dragon dance. Specs Tyohlosion with Eruption is a scary threat in PU (so it got banned and is now in PUBL).None of the other starters besides maybe Charizard Y is viable in the VGC metagame, so no honorable mentions :(Edit: I wrote charizard in the intro facepalm
