Did I overdose? Why am I not dead?
Okay so about 3 weeks ago or so I hit this really hard part in my life & I wanted to die.. I always have extra strength pamprin pills because I always have serious cramps.. Anyway I grabbed some water & I started taking them.. I'm not sure how much I took, but it was less that 20 & more than 10.. I tried to fall asleep & I slept for a few hours & woke up around 3 really nauseous.. I figured I was gonna puke, so I got up & ran to the bathroom & I ended up puking. & my stomach felt a little upset for a while but idk if there's anything wrong with me or not... So help??

Okayyo I took a couple of ibroprohine 5 (100mg) to be exact & then like a while ago I took one tablet of 520 MG is that bad? My hand has been getting all numb and I've been getting abdominal pain Please help

The maximum amount of acetaminophen for you to take in 24 hours is 2 Gm. That means you could take either 6 X 325 which is 1950 mg, so you're fine. If you took the extra strength of 500mg that would be only 4 of them ( 2 Gm. that way). You're OK
How do I fake an overdose?
You can do whatever you want, but be prepared for the consequences. Many's the time I've revived an overdose by whispering "BS" in her ear, and telling the family/friends that's what they're dealing with. It generally doesn't have the consequences hoped for by the dramatist. Note that you're likely to be taking up valuable time and resources of emergency medicine personel, so your proposed action only shows you to be selfish and immature. You'd do better to find a more appropriate coping mechanism, and I'd suggest professional help.
Can you overdose on purpose and not die?

I did coke for my first time this weekend and Ill go ahead and say I do not need lectures because I definitely learned my lesson. My friend and I had about a gram and we did our first bump Saturday morning and after that did one every so often. I had done more than her and all of a sudden last night around 2:30am I started feeling weird. My eyes were watering and my heart was beating so fast I was counting up to 100 bpm. All the research I started doing was pointing towards a cocaine overdose and saying that I could possibly die from a heart attack or stroke. I know I was stupid to not go to a hospital, but I stuck it out throughout the night and didnt go back to sleep. By the time I started getting ready for work at 7am, my heart was still beating pretty fast which made me very nervous. It actually didnt relax until about an hour and a half ago. Has this happened to anyone before or does anyone know what happened to me? Please if anyone has experienced this please let me know. I am kind of scared to fall asleep later and am wondering if I should still go to the doctor although I don't want my parents knowing I tried coke. My eyes burn a little bit (i dont know if its from not sleeping last night or not) and my nose still burns and is runny. I've been drinking water non stop today and ate some nuts this morning. Again, I do not need a lecture, trust me I will NEVER be doing anything to jeopardize my life like that again. I learned a huge lesson, any advice will help.
Did my sister fake an overdose?
I got a text from her saying that I was her best friend and that "it wasn't my fault and don't blame yourself." I rushed over to the house to find my mom on the phone with 911 and he laying on the bathroom floor. I turned her over and she was drooling, and sounded like she was gasping for air. I kept talking to her, trying to get her to respond and she wouldnt. Her eyes were closed but could see her eyes flutter underneath her eyelids. When the ambulance got there she became responsive. One of the ladies asked her how many pills she took, and my sister said, "I don't know, go away." She took Hydroxycut, we found an almost empty bottle on the kitchen table. She was taken to the hospital and the doctors told us she was fine. He told us she was fine 45 minutes after I had first got to the house to find her laying in the bathroom. It seems odd that she would text me that, it's like she wanted me to find her there and save her. Also, one of the EMT's told us that she thinks she was playing it up quite a bit. It's hard for me to think that she would do that, but I can't help but feel that way. Please help!!
Did i overdose on spironolactone?
You did not overdose. The highest strength of spironolactone is 100mg and the max dose per day is 400 mg, only taking 2 of whatever strength you have would not reach that limit. Mostly likely you are experiencing some hypotensive effects from a 2nd unecessary dose. I would slightly increase your water consumption because you may be a little dehydrated as well.
