Windows 7 black screen of death?
how can you fix the black screen of death on windows 7? I looked it up a lot but cant find the type of black screen I have. my computer is an HP and right after the "starting windows" screen I see a black screen, I see my cursor and I can move it but I can't do anything about it. I have tried the ctrl alt delete but that will NOT do anything. I tried to run the computer from a disk of fedora but the auto log in wont work for the disk! I have restarted it too much times and that will not do any thing! if someone can help me get my computer working again without reinstalling windows that will be very good.

You can - it is called disk cloning. Download xxclone form the link below. You will then be able to replicate you old drive (master) on to your new drive (slave). After the program has finished duplicating your old drive make sure you click on Cool Tools and follow the links on how to make your slave drive bootable.
