Would I need Tommy John Surgery?

im a 19 year old right handed pitcher. My elbow doesent bother me at all when im pitching and even after its more my arm being sore if anything. However, sometimes ill get a small pain in my elbow thats barely feelable like literally doesent hurt at all. Im currently long tossing every two days during the week and off on weekends and get no pain when throwing and velocity looks good and control also. It seems like if i ever get any pain in my elbow its when i think and worry about tommy john with everything thats been happening in the mlb and to my friend that had to get it also. I do band work everyday for my rotator cuff and shoulder . Could it just be a tight elbow or me overthinking? I dont know im just scared with everything thats been happening with TJ in the majors . Please help!

Do I need tommy John surgery?

I noticed my elbow started to hurt over the summer. I saw a doctor and he said I had tendonitis. I went on a PT program and stopped throwing for about 3 weeks. When I got back on the mound I was able to pitch pain free throughout the rest of the summer and in the fall for my college. On the last day of college fall ball my elbow once again was painful and my velocity suffered. I only threw about 10 pitches. When I got home for Christmas break I got an MRI done and it confirmed a high grade ucl tear in my left elbow. The dr. Put me on a throwing program. The first day I threw I had a dull pain, however the second day I threw I could barley reach my target 25 feet away. I am going for a consultation very soon. But I wanna see what some people on here say... Help!
Ps the pain is pretty much at a minimum but I can't throw the ball
