Do People Have Bone Crushing Jaws Like Other Mammals

What land animal has the strongest jaws (excluding crocs)?

I have heard from many sources that the hyena has the strongest jaws in the animal kingdom, as they are able to crush bones quite easily. Some argue that it is the aardwolf. However, I found this interesting little tidbit:

"[E. durangonua,] also known as the sunspider or wind-scorpion, has the strongest jaws - relative to size -of any animal on earth."

Leopard vs these animals, who wins?

Which species of hyena, python and baboon? I mean, some pythons are about as long as your forearm, others are as long as a bus. The species is going to influence the outcome massively - a Children's python or royal python, for example, has not the slightest chance against a leopard, whilst reticulated pythons have been known to kill leopards on occasion. They have to take the leopard by surprise, though, and coil around it rapidly before it can retaliate - one well-placed bite from a leopard can kill even the largest python. With this in mind, if you placed the two in a cage and left them to fight it out, my money would be on the leopard.

In the wild, leopards usually avoid spotted hyenas, the largest hyena species. Even lone hyenas have been known to drive leopards from their kills - they are strong animals with immensely powerful jaws and leopards, as lone hunters, cannot afford to be injured. One-on-one in a fight to the death in captivity, I think it would depend on the individuals involved. A leopard certainly has quicker reflexes and is more agile than a hyena, and has eighteen razor-sharp claws in addition to its teeth (hyenas' claws are non-retractile, and thus blunt from constant contact with the ground), but the hyena has greater stamina and the bone-crushing jaws. Against a striped or brown hyena, both of which are considerably smaller than the spotted hyena, I think the leopard would win. It is stronger than either of these species, as well as being quicker and so on.

Baboons of all species have huge canine teeth and can be very aggressive. They have been known to kill leopards in the wild, though there are usually more than two of them present. I think a leopard would win against two females, but might have trouble taking on two males. If it dispatched one of them straight away, it would most likely triumph, but if they attacked in unison things could get very nasty for the leopard.

Can Great Khali or Shakeel O'Neil bring down a lion or a tiger ?

Unless these people have a gun or are dealing with a lion or tiger cub, not a chance. We humans are pretty feeble animals by comparison with other species. If you compare a human and a dog of the same weight, the dog will be much stronger than the human, and a tiger can weigh 660lb and a lion 550lb. The biggest, strongest human that ever lived won't even begin to approach the strength of a big cat. Lions and tigers can bring down prey species weighing over a ton - they are immensely powerful animals capable of breaking a human's neck with one blow of a paw. They are also swifter and more agile than humans, with quicker reflexes and natural predatory instincts. And all that's without taking the bone-crushing jaws, three to four inch long canine teeth, and eighteen razor-sharp claws into account.
