Does Darkness Have Velocity

What is the velocity of darkness?

It would be the inverse of the distance amounted by light upon the particular body in question. Say the earth radiates light to cover approximately 68% of the earth in a matter of 8 minutes. Then the velocity would be (0.68)(diameter of earth)/8 min, and for darkness it would be the recriprocal of that because wherever the sun's presence is not, is where darkness takes place. Therefore the equation for it could be 32%, the velocity would be (0.32)(diameter of earth)/8 min because it took 8 min to determine the presence of light which determine the quantity of darkness.

Do sound waves travel faster in light than in the darkness? I was wondering if they could "ride" lightwaves...

Sorry, but sound travels faster in darkness. Air is more dense at night than it is during the day.

The speed of driving a car safely in the darkness depends upon the range of the headlight. Explain how ?

By v^2 = u^2 -2as
=>0 = u^2 - 2as
=>s = u^2/2a
as F(friction) for a car in normal conditions is constant
=>a = constant
=>s α u^2
Thus stopping distance is directly proportional to the velocity of the car, thus in night s is dependent on the range of headlight.
