Which Dreamcast emulator is the best? Why?
Assuming you mean for PC then I'd say nullDC because of compatability and features. nullDC has been around for quite a while and has pretty much the best compatability of any PC Dreamcast emulator. It also has an Android port called Reicast which is actually a bit more compatabile as I recall and is the best Android DC emulator. Reicast is derived from nullDC and you can actually get it on the PC as well though those builds are pretty bleeding edge and are not recommended for everyday use. Yet. But keep an eye on it.

yeah there is you should check out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2JG1WEpxK... and you should probably download visual C++ first then boot up the emulator. And try www.dcisozone.com for roms they should say .cdi for better results.

Which dreamcast emulator opens .CDI files?
I dont use/play dreamcast, but doing some searching i found these 2 to be the best as said by others: Demul - http://demul.emulation64.com/downloads/ nulldc - http://code.google.com/p/nulldc/download... not sure which one is better, or which/if any can read .cdi files. I know its probably not much help, but better then nothing :3
Where can I download Sega Dreamcast Emulator for the PSP?
There currently isn't a Sega Dreamcast Emulator for the PSP. There are videos of dreamcast games being played on a PSP, but the games run incredibly slow. It was more of a demonstration to show that it was possible, but that's all it was. I don't know if they plan on working on it any more, but there aren't any public releases of the progress. Sorry.
