Why is my ebay account suspended?
being suspended means you didnt pay for more then 1 item, you got about 3 unpaid bidder strikes on you. now that you have 3, you have been banned, but you have to contact the people you bought from and didnt pay. one of them holds the key to you getting back onto ebay. once you have resolved an issue, the seller can retract the unpaid bidder strike and you will get your account back. the seller that you have just paid, you should email them and inform them that you have paid, and could they please remove the unpaid bidder strike. because they have filed this, they have either relisted the item, or sold it already. meaning that even though you have paid, you may not get your account back, they might just refund your money and then you still banned. if you are still banned, there is only 1 other way, when you get a new card or your current one expires, you will have to open a new paypal account, a new email address and use that for ebay. PAY WHEN YOU HAVE WON SOMETHING! other people want the thing that you were bidding on, and not even paying for it once you won it, means not only a sad seller, but people who wanted the item not getting it, and then you potentially loosing your account like you have found out.

HI Remember that any information you put in your original Ebay account then use again in other accounts will link you. If you open a new account, you cannot use any information you have used in your old account(s). Examples: Email addresses for shipping receiving,Pay Pay Pal account and setting up your Registration - you cannot use any old email addresses used in old accounts. Postal addresses - Phone numbers Pay pal account or any account info they ask for. Ebay uses tracking cookies to watch your acitivities on your computer and get your information. It's a file automatically downloaded on to your computer when you sign in to Ebay and Paypal. Do not use same passwords Close your old accounts on Ebay and Paypal then Make new accounts at a library and make absolutely sure you do not use any of information from any of your old accounts. When you get home go into internet options and delete your cookies, and history. Then completely turn off your computer and reboot. From there you should be able to go into your new account without worries. Your two biggest issues will be making a new shipping address and changing your Paypal account info. You will need a different address to recieve things, to register and to sell. You may need to change your banking account information as well. Whatever is in your Paypal account - will be used in your Ebay account if you use Paypal to buy or sell. If you are going to use your paypal account, you need to close it and make a new one and put new source of funding into the new Paypal account. make sure to set up the Paypal account at the library too. Remember Ebay and Paypal are in Kahootz and will work together. You cannot use any of the same info in either account from past accounts. If you have to use Paypal to pay - do not put your Paypal info in ebay at all. You can ususally pay a seller directly without going through Ebay. However, I would close my old Paypal account and open a new one with none of your old information.

If you have already fled the complaint with paypal then you are now in a wait-and-see situation. Ebay may have suspended the seller/store but this does not mean the seller has closed his/her bank account. The ebay store may have collapsed, but the seller cannot be forbidden from shipping anything already paid for, as the arrangement of sale is between you and the seller: ebay is just an intermediary. When the seller says they cannot ship it seems possible that the seller does not have the items......which would be a good reason for the account being closed. On the plus side, there is a possibility: IF there is money in the seller's bank account account and you have a legitimate complaint, then paypal can access the account and withdraw the money. The Paypal process has them send an e-mail to the seller and let you know of the rsponse. If the seller admits a problem, and confirms a refund is OK, then Paypal will do it. If the seller declines, and you have the e-mails etc to support your position, then paypal will "escalate" the complaint to a claim. After that, they will try to reclaim money from the seller's bank account and refund it to you. At that point you need the IF there is money in the account when they make the attempt..
