I can't reactivate my deactivated facebook accounts?
I deactivated my main account yesterday and when I signed in today, I received this message: "The email you entered does not belong to any account. You may try clearing your browser's cache and cookies by following these instructions." The same error/glitch seems to be occurring to every account I deactivated. I can easily sign-on to my already active accounts, however. I searched online and it seems many people are experiencing the exact same issue.
Why can't I access my Facebook account properly even after 24 hours of reactivating it?
I can't properly access my account after reactivating it. Less than a week ago, I deactivated my account. After less than a day, I tried to reactivate it. Seeing as I did this in the past with no problems, I expected my account to be fully operational. But instead, I saw that some of the features were disabled, including the chat box and the create new message thread. In latter observation, I found out that all my uploads were gone and that I can't upload anymore. To add to this, no matter if I post to public, only I can see my posts, and all my friends are unable to tag me. Checking my e-mail, no notification was sent that I deactivated and reactivated my account. Also after reactivating again, there was no notification that I had to wait at least 1 day for it to be fully restored. When trying to access my FB in safari mobile for iOS, it blocks me out and keeps asking for a confirmation code, but no emails nor texts regarding this code was sent to me. I tried adding a different email, it was able to receive the code but FB keeps displaying error whenever I enter it. Soon enough, I discovered that several others were having the similar issues with me. Following some of the advice others gave to them, I deactivated my account again for more than 24 hours, reactivated it and waited for approximately 30 hours, but my account still isn't restored. In an extensive research, I found out that no one of the people having the same problem ever got their accounts restored and they wound up deleting it and making a new account even though they already reported it several times to the facebook support team. Please help me restore my account, I no longer have any back-up of the uploads I stored in it.
Facebook is saying my email does not belong to any account and will not let me log in...what?
I went to log into facebook and it just says my email "does not belong to any account." I try my phone number, nothing. I try my username, nothing. I even try the "find my account" feature by typing in my name and a friend's name. NOTHING. I have tried absolutely everything. I even emailed Facebook and they said "because I can't validate my account they can't help me." As of 12 hours ago I logged in with the exact same email address it won't accept now. It appears that there is nothing whatsoever that I can do. I looked at my page via my sister's account and it is still there, but with a different facebook email address instead of my own. I tried to log in with that and it won't let me. I am really disturbed and upset by this. Not because I care that much about Facebook but because I have had this same account for 6 years with photos, friends, private messages, personal information, etc. that for whatever reason Facebook will not let me access. Is this really how social media should operate? Any guidance would be great. I can't find the answer to this problem anywhere... Thanks!
