Frightening/Intense Scenes Intense scene of violence between Ariel and her ex-boyfriend, with both characters fighting, kicking and cursing each other, and Ariel ends up so beaten that she cannot stand. Ariel stands with her feet on two cars, with truck coming the other way. Ren is driving some people at night and then they cross the same bridge where the fatal accident occurred that got music and dancing band. As the locals tell the story of the accident and their reaction to the incident, the atmosphere suggest they are about to have an accident themselves, but they cross without incident."

Just a random question. I need an opinion. I liked the 1984 one, but it lacked dancing. Obviously there's dancing in the movie but not much. I haven't seen the new one, but I want to know which one is better. Thanks :)
Type of dancing in footloose 2011?
The dancing Ren does is technically Rock n Roll but nowadays would be classed as more street dance/ hip hop due to the floor sequence but he also displays modern type moves later in the film towards the end.
