Should I get my nose pierced?

I can give you some info and answer your questions since I have a nose piercing and am debating either getting a double nose piercing or doing the other nostril.Does it hurt more than your ear lobe or getting eyebrows waxed?Yes, unfortunately it does hurt worse than getting your ear lobe pierced. I can't speak for eyebrow waxing because I've never had my brows waxed before…but I'd like to sometime. It's a quick pain that lasts maybe 15–20 seconds and it's done. The piercing just feels like a hard pinch. The jewelry insertion is worse which is a burning sensation, but…it's not bad either.Would I look good with a nose stud?Yes, I think you would look good with a nose stud :).Should I get it and put in a see through one during my lessons at school (or take it out for an hour)?This is a tough one since I'm not sure what kind of lessons you are referring to. I'd go by the school's dress code as far as piercings goes. My old high school allowed piercings (which is when I got mine done). The all girls school I go to now, doesn't allow me to wear my body jewelry. So I have to either take my nose ring out or wear a retainer (which is what I do. My piercing is fully healed though). If I were you, I'd get pierced during the summer break from school. That way…your piercing will be healed to the point that you can wear a see through stud in your piercing since I don't think you can get pierced with a clear stud or leaving your jewelry out which means your piercing can close on you.
Should I get my nose pierced this winter?
if you want one and it will suit you, why not? if you end up not wanting it, you can always take it out. nose piercings leave really small scars and they've been one of the easiest piercings i've had to take care of.
I'm getting my nose pierced tomorrow and I have a couple of questions?
It's pretty fast; they clean it, mark it, stab you, and guide the screw through. Getting the screw in is the "hardest" part. As long as you go to a clean shop and keep it clean your chances of infection are very low. Nostril take around 4 months to heal, it will depend on your body. The healthier you are, the faster your body can repair itself. Keep makeup and harsh cleansers away from the piercing while it's healing. After that you won't have to worry about it. Though I would continue to try and keep the makeup away just because it can make the jewelry appear dull. I've gotten around it by pulling the screw down, applying my foundation, and returning the jewelry to proper position.

I want to get my nose pierced but my boyfriend says he wouldn’t like it or be able to handle it. I asked him if it would be something that he would leave me over and he said no. Knowing that he wouldn’t like it should I still go through with it?
How can I remove the marker from getting my nose pierced?
When you clean your piercing, the markings should come off. I would recommend using a saline solution as your aftercare. You can make them at home by mixing 1/8-1/4 a teaspoon of sea salt to 8oz of warm water. Soak for 5-10 minutes twice a day for 2 weeks.

Okay. MAKE SURE YOU GET IT DONE WITH A NEEDLE, NOT A GUN. That's the most important thing. With a gun you have a chance of getting nasty diseases and infections. With a needle its more clean and sanitary, make sure they open the needle infront of you! -Yes you can take a shower. -Blow it like normally, it hurts for the first week so don't push down that nostril. If you have to, pick it. -Clean the piercing or nose? Nose, just pick that side lol. Piercing, get a qtip and take whatever they give you and clean around it inside and out! -Your nose starts bleeding? Lol -There will be a big pimple like bubble. If that happens, go to your doctor to get an antibiotic ointment. -Read above. -I used a q tip. with the cleaner or you can use salt + water. Natural remedies are best! -I have a pretty high tolerance for pain but that sh8t hurt! But boneslty, the pains worth it! So yes. -A couple of months to fully heal. -When you get it pierced your eyes will water and it will hurt for a while. If you keep on touching it its gonna hurt. But mine stopped hurting after a week or two. -Not unless the piercings small. You can just pull it out... I highly doubt this will happen. -Possibly. But if you take good care of it, its unlikely. Don't touch it all the time. -Your choice. It depends what stud you get, theres different kinds. -no you won't die. common illness? I'm not sure. An infection can get bad to the point where you'll have to take the piercing out and let the hole close Hope I helped. A good tip is to sleep with medical tape on your nose when you sleep!!! Because mine fell out on the first few nights and it hurt a lot putting it back in cause it was a fresh piercing and plus your nose is very sensitive. Good luck! :)
