If you can feel lumps in your chest (your ****) it could be something else. I had this problem when I was 13yrs old. Males can develop lumps called cysts. I had the cyst removed. I have had more growths in each "tit", if you will, and had them removed. It is minor surgery and the cysts are checked for cancer to be safe. You may simply have excess breast tissue that can removed. Check with your doctor
