I am afraid both of these suggestions are useless urban myths (AKA old wives' tales)

I am afraid there are no quick fixes. Weight loss needs time, commitment and dedication. So called dieters, effectively looking for something to lose weight for them are doomed to fail. The worse news is that 2 in 3 actually end up heavier! (university of California study.) Weight loss requires dedication, time and commitment.

The problem with your question is that if you look in "search for questions" it comes up 30 times every day. I have had some criticism for repeatedly using the same answer, but since I am happy with my answer, and the questions are the same, I don't see the issue with recycling the same answer.

In practise for problems that came up on a regular basis we tended to use patient leaflets to avoid having to repeat ourselves this seemed a sensible use of resources. What follows is thus in effect me information leaflet.

Weight loss and fitness is always a long term commitment and never a quick fix. If you really want to reduce your weight a bit, this is a complex regime, that should help, I would get a pencil to write it down, in case you forget any of the intricate details.

Currently only using the criteria 'lose weight' there are 9,419 questions and answers on Answers already. Mis-spell it as 'loose weight' and you get another 2,633! 'Weight loss' will add another 1,883. 'Too fat ' 15,515 and 'overweight' 2,692 and 'over weight' 26,269!!!!!.

'Diet Pills' gives 607, Green tea 482, Hoodia 195, 'pink patch' 119, 'Xenical' 91 'Reductil' 78, 'Slim fast' 215 (and Slimfast 69 ), lipotrim 44 and 'orlistat' 40 . Do you spot a pattern here? OMG that is 60,000 questions with the same basic theme, wanting to lose weight!

Here comes the only answer, no tricks, no pills, no short cuts, If you really want to lose weight, loose weight, not be too fat or overweight, follow these instructions carefully:-

1) Eat less
2) Take regular vigorous exercise

Repeat 1 + 2 forever

Cayenne pepper and my lips!!!?

I wouldn't use a too, too much Cayenne pepper on your lips. There's a recipe I found that may help you create such a lip plumper yourself. It says:

Things You’ll Need:
Small, airtight jar
Coconut oil
ground ginger
ground cayenne pepper
Peppermint essential oil
Step 1:
Take 2 tsp. of melted coconut oil and mix in small amounts of the ginger and cayenne pepper (about 1/8 tsp each). These spices will give a little sting buy help to dilate the blood vessels in your lips.
Step 2:
Add 1 drop of essential peppermint oil, which gives the gloss a cooling effect.
Step 3:
Pour mixture into your jar or tin and keep in a cool place. Enjoy your fuller plumper lips!

There are literally dozens of theories about appetite control, and countless studies have looked for the answer. There is an enormous market for a true method of stopping overeating, if only a definitive answer is found, but to date, nothing works for everyone.Human physiology is exceptionally complex, and genetic variations are in a constant state of flux. We are, as a species, continually evolving. A diet that works for one may utterly fail for another. Sadly, there are no simple answers and likely never will be in the foreseeable future.My only suggestion is one that works for me, that being, eat high fiber foods. I can eat unlimited amounts of these foods, such as beans, cabbage, broccoli, celery, and so on. It’s not at all like eating all the chocolate I want nor all the snacks that I want. The fiber in these foods is extremely filling. I reach a point where I simply can’t eat anymore. All of this type of food also offers great health benefits, since it is loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals.Starting a diet with high fiber foods is challenging at first for several reasons. It can cause stomach aches and certainly create gas. It can also lead to frequent trips to the men’s or ladies room, but the good news is, all this will soon stop when the digestive system adapts. It’s better to gradually shift the diet to high fiber over a period of several weeks.When I say high fiber, I do mean a diet consisting almost entirely of this type of food, and on a daily basis. At least 80% of the food I eat, on any given day, is entirely fruit and vegetables. The remaining 20% may be bread, which is not high fiber, or meat and cheese. Soups are also a favorite of mine, made with broth and vegetables. I rarely eat sweets.With this diet, I simply can’t overeat. It’s impossible. My stomach can’t take anymore food.

What are some unusual ice cream flavors? Where are/were they sold?

I am a pastry chef from Delhi, India. Been ice creaming since about 3 years. Ice creams is kind of what I started my career with.I love to make crazy ice cream flavours and these are some of my personal signature 'unusual' flavours -TOMATO PIZZA ICE CREAMSavoury ice cream anyone??Don't be weirded out! You have to taste it to believe it!The story of this ice cream goes like this -A conversation between me and my boyfriend (now husband) 2 years ago -Him (teasing me) - So you're making all these ice creams, do you really think you can make any flavour in the world?Me - Yeah.. well... I can try!Him (smug smile on his face) - You think you can make tomato ice cream?Me - Easily!Him - Really? (Trying to tease me more) Can you make pizza ice cream?Me - Amm.. well! Challenge accepted!First attempt was a disaster, second attempt was okay, but not that great. Third attempt was spot on! Fourth was AMAZING!And now, two years later... It is sweet and tangy and at the end you get that hit of chilli which is just amazing!!DECONSTRUCTED DHOKLA ICE CREAM'Dhokla' is a steamed lentil savoury cake from the state of Gujarat in India. It is then tempered with mustard seeds or sesame seeds or cumin etc. It also has a hint of chili and sweetness. It is a very popular snack food.I created this ice cream while on a dessert class tour to Gujarat to represent the city. And it was very very much loved by all of my students. It was an experiment, and I didn't know how people would react to it, but their reaction assured me that this flavour is here to stay!!So those are some of my personal unusual flavours.
