Is it hard to get into university in Australia?

You are graded against every other person who has sat their final year 12 exam, so even if you do well it is no guarantee because there are tonnes of private school students out there getting 100% ! Also the top universities have higher cut offs for grades.

Its not cheap, when I was looking at doing science, it was 12,500 per year for 4 years HECS - thats not even full fees.

To be honest, if I chose uni, I'd be struggling, studying full time, working part time to pay for everything - EVERYTHING is sooooo expensive... But instead I chose a high-paying trade (logistics) and its paid off well :)

What are the cheapest university in Australia for IT related courses or degree?

The answer is none.  Realistically, any Australian degree is going to cost around AU$16,000 a year.  You might find cheaper if you're a domestic student.  If you're international, you won't.  Because IT is often course tuititioned with sciences, you're more realistically looking at AU$20,000 as an international student. If you consider one of the local TAFEs, you might be able to get the cost down to about half.  For example, Information Technology (Fundamentals) is about AU$12,000 a year.  It is probably one of the cheaper options, and AU$12,000 is not what most people consider cheap.

Which university in Australia has a low tuition fee? I want to do a bachelors.

What is the best low cost university in Australia for an international student?

Your cheapest option would not be a university, but probably a TAFE for a bachelors degree. These will typically run AU$7,000 to AU$15,000 a year in tuition and fees.An Australian university will typically run cost between AU$18,000 to AU$35,000 a year for a bachelors degree, with programs lasting around three years. This only counts tuitition and fees. It does not count cost of living, etc.Applying and fees explains some course offerings by TAFEs in New South Wales. To answer the question, there are no low cost universities in Australia for international students. Fees and tuition are very high. As an international student, you are assisting in funding Australian domestic students. Fees are comparable, or higher, than US and British universities. Australia has no low cost option for international students. British and American ones are slightly more likely to give you funding.
