How bad does a triple forward helix piercing hurt?

Ok so i have 3 holes in my ear lobe both sides, didn't feel a thing.

How much does a nose piercing and a forward triple helix hurt compared to an industrial piercing?

I have my industrial done, and it hurt but it was gone in about 3 minutes. I mean it was still sore but all the major pain was gone. I have a tattoo on my leg a medium size, and I've gotten it recolored once. I also got my tongue pierced (twice) each almost completely painless. I'm a huge pussy when it comes to needles but after it happened it's like nothing. In your experience, how badly did your nose hurt? I'm getting the triple forward helix done altogether so how badly did that hurt too? Thanks :)

How much does the triple forward helix piercing hurt?

Shouldn't hurt too bad, ears are one of the less painful places to have pierced. If you're doing it on both sides, keep in mind that if you sleep on your side usually, you'll have to adjust to sleeping on your back for at the very least a week, so as not to irritate the piercings.

Make sure the person who is doing this piercing on you is experience and has done these piercings before, it's a difficult piercing (since the holes are close together, and it's easy to mess it up if the piercer doesn't know exactly how to perform this piercing. I've seen this piercing done wrong, with terrible consequences, so do your research :)

How badly does a triple forward helix piercing hurt?

I don't have a triple forward helix but I do have a forward helix (just one) on one of my ears and I'd give it a 7 out of 10 from what I can remember pain wise! It was painful for me but it depends on your pain threshold and also the anatomy of your ear.

They are awkward to look after also because of where it is on your ear. I'd recommend cleaning them with cotton buds (q tips). Also expect swelling for some time after. It took weeks before the swelling properly went down with my forward helix. They can also swell up a bit quite easily when they are still healing.

How bad does the triple helix piercing hurt?

Well i have four helix piercings on one ear, that i did myself, and i mean they dont hurt that bad and they probably hurt alot less being done by a pro. If your scared of pain, get one done at a time but make sure you go to the same piercer so they know what they want to do, if you go to multiple piercers they might angle it differently and things like that. As for the price, my local piercer charges anywhere from 10-20 dollars for an ear piercing. So just multiple that by three. Id think it cost about 45 to 50 dollars for all three. Dont go to the cheapest place, go to the place youve heard the most about (in a good way). If its cheap doesnt mean the piercers any good :3 Happy piercing. Good luck

On a scale of 1-10 how bad does a forward helix piercing hurt?

I recently saw someone who that their forward helix (top inner corner of ear close to your hairline) and I reallllly wanna get it now! But I just would like to be warned how bad it will hurt on a scale of 1-10. Or compared to a bellybutton piercing will it hurt more? (I got my bellybutton pierced and it really didnt hurt)

Should i get the triple forward helix piercing?

I'm going to get a forward helix this week (hopefully tomorrow). I don't currently have one, I only have lobes done twice and a helix atm. I've looked up on it a lot though before I decided on it. I'm just getting one forward helix because it's more expensive to get a triple helix and I don't want to have to look after 3 of them at a time, I think it makes it more complicated.

Some people get them done with the studs like the picture. Many piercing places though do them with barbells or hoops. It may depend on the piercing place. Supposedly according to some people hoops are easier to clean and keep the ear clean but I'm not sure if it's true.

You can usually get all 3 done at once or you can get them done separately. It depends if you would want to look after 3 of them at a time because don't forget that any cartilage piercing is harder and takes longer to heal than just a lobe. Also there is the cost but if you have the money and want them all done at once then get them all done at once. There may be an increased risk of infection if you have 3 done in the same day as well but I'm just guessing with that.

As for pain, I don't think it would hurt much more than a standard helix, I've seen videos of it being done and it didn't look that bad, it's pretty fast to be done.

Triple forward helix piercing?

I've wanted this for awhile now. Only problem is that I'm sort of a baby when it comes to pain.. I only have my first 2 holes on my lobe, but I had the third done before, and then my bellybutton. The first 3 on my lobes literally didn't hurt at all so that'd be a 1/10. But I thought my bellybutton was a bit painful. 6.5/10. Could someone compare the pain level to a bellybutton piercing? That'd be awesome. Also when I got my bellybutton the piercer said something about how the triple forward helix that you see on tumblr and stuff is photoshopped and that there's like backs sticking out of real ones.. so anybody know anything about that? THANKS.

This is what it looks like for anyone who doesn't know.
