Institute of Chartered Accounts of India(ICAI) is a globally recognised instute. Apart from India, ICAI also conducts the examinations in nepal and dubai. Due to this there are great job opportunities it the middle east countries for Indian CA students as they don't have an accounting body of their own. Also ICAI has a tie up with Institute of chartered accountants of england and whales(ICAEW). After completing CA course from ICAI a student can enrol for the ACCA course offferd by ICAEW. It will be difficult for an Indian banker to get opportunity in Banking sector abroad. Though i have friends who have got Banking jobs in Middle East. Present economic scene is not good in the area. Still you can try for an opportunity in any local bank of Dubai.Second type of opportunity which you can try would be through a job in an IT company which is catering to Banking Sector across the globe. If you get experience of Retail Banking, Trade Finance products, Risk Management. You will get lot of opportunities. After joining an IT company, you can always look for an On-Site opportunity.
