Can you wash car seat belts, if so how?

they get dirty from skin oils and hand creams, suntan lotions etc. your owners manual wll give you instructions. usually they say cleaning with a mild soap and water is permissible. no solvents or cleaning fluids should be used because the may attack and weaken the webbing. soap and water will not hurt them.
ps: tie them out of the retractor while they are wet. don't let them retract wet - they will mildew. wrap a reag around the belt so water doesnt. run down into the retractor.

How do you get chocolate and ice cream out of car seats?

ok, my 4 little brothers (ages 7, 6, 5, and 2) all got sick (not majorly, no fever, just runny nose, coughing, the youngest had diarrhea, etc.), and yesterday they didn't go to school/daycare. I'm 16 and homeschooled (it's a self-teaching curriculum) so inbetween subjects, i tried to make the boys feel better. they were really bummed about missing out on a fireman coming to the school and talking to them. So after lunch i had to do some errands for my dad and instead of leaving the little ones home with my twin brothers to watch, i took them with me. after the bank and dry cleaners, i went to pick up some stuff at the grocery store. and as a treat, i bought a box of Klondike bars to chear them up. then i was stupid enough to let them eat it in the car. by the time we reached the first red-light. Simon had dropped his melted bar in his lap and was trying to lick it off his shirt, the older 2 decided to smoosh theirs together.....

A lot of spilled juice on car seat?

I had a bottle of cranberry juice in my car and thought it was closed all the way, but it wasn't, and almost half of it spilled onto and into the passenger seat. What can I do to get the stain out of the car seat? Will it make the whole car smell like juice? If so, what do I do to fix it?

I spilled Tequila in my car... Help! Any ideas on what to use to clean?

First off, I was not drunk driving ... so don't even start. :) I was bringing some Tequila home from a party Sunday and I left it in my car.

I totally forgot about it, and when I went to take it out of the car today, for some reason the cap was loose and it spilled everywhere!

Now it smells like Margaritaville exploded in my car.

What should I used to clean it?

Thanks!

Is there a way to stop car leather seats from squeaking?

Are you sure the seats are leather?  Mercedes has used a synthetic that it calls either MBTex or Artico Leather, depending on what country you are in.  It looks very much like leather, particularly when older and more worn.  If that is what you have there is no point in using expensive leather cleaner or leather treatment.  Just use any old cleaner/treatment for faux leather that you can buy at any auto parts store.

How do I get vomit smell and/or stains out of my daughter's car seat?

The manual says to spot clean only, which I did. My daughter got sick this morning when on my way to work. I cleaned it up with soap and water right away, but I'm not sure if the smell is out. (I'll find out when I get in my car after work.) It was all over the straps and the seat. If it still smells, what can I do to get that out? Also, what if it's stained? Is there anything I can use to get stains out? I wish I could just throw it in the washer, but it says not to.

Bad car smell. A whole carton of cream spilled on the floor carpet of my car?

Though I washed the carpet and the affected floor mat with clothes detergent and water but now 3 days later when you first open the car door it smells like stale baby puke. I know it needs something more than a product that will just only mask the smell like Fabreeze.
