How can someone see my Snapchat story if we're not friends?
Snapchat has a feature where you can select that who can view your story who cannot. The reason someone is able to see your Snapchat story instead of the fact they the person is not your friend is because your Snapchat setting ‘Who CAN…’ has ‘Everyone’ selected. What it means is that any random person no matter if he or she is your friend or not can view your ‘Story’.Solution: In order to turn off this setting, please follow the steps mentioned below and once you finish following the below steps successfully then the people you are friends with you on Snapchat would only be able to see your Sanpchat ‘Story’Open Snapchat app.Tap to Settings gear as showed as an example in the picture below.3. Why can't I view someone's Snapchat story? The user has not blocked me from their story and I can still snap them. I used to be able to view it, but then two days ago I wasn't able to anymore.
My Snapchat is doing the same thing! So you are definitely not alone. And no people , the person has not blocked us to see the story. And we are friends and everything. But we can’t see their story. There story isn’t on the original screen where the story goes. You have to go and click on the persons username and pull up their story that way. I honestly have no clue why it does this. It had been doing this a year now.

Blocked someone on snapchat from viewing my story but they still saw it?
So I block 2 different people on my snapchat from viewing my story, not actually blocking them or unadding them or anything, i just went into the story settings and checked their names under who could view my story and custom and all that because i just didn’t want those two people seeing it, but they still viewed it? i went back and double checked that they were checked off in the dont view thing and they were but they can still see it? i know they aren’t like hackers or anything either they’re my friends, but why are they able to view it even after i blocked them from seeing it??

~Updated February 12, 2018Short answer: NO!There is a setting in Snapchat where you can change who sees your story under the “Who can…” menu and its called “View my Story.Lets say for example your settings for that is selected as “My Friends”, then if you remove someone on Snapchat they won't be able to see your story.If your your Snapchat setting is set to ”Everyone” then simply removing a person on Snapchat won't suffice, you’ll need to block the specific person to prevent them from viewing your story.There is also a custom setting to block certain people in your friends groups from viewing your story.Hope this helps!

Go to settings and then go to "who can... View my story" then click on custom and then select her user name there should be a red X beside her name which means she still has you on snapchat but can not see your stories hope this helps!!
