How Can You Delete All The Send Items From One

I have 10,102 items in my Yahoo Mail inbox. How can I delete them all at once?

go to yahoo mailType “e” in the search box.Select the “Inbox” dropdown option to the left of the search box.Click the empty checkbox to select all .click deleteclick to confirm when it asks if you want to delete allFor some reason you have to repeat the above 2 or 3 times and then repeat replacing “e” with “a” in step 2, but that gets most of the email, but I just used this to quickly delete 14,000 + emails in the current yahoo mail.

Is there a way to delete all of your mail from your email inbox at once?

All At Once????
The only way is if you switched to "All New Mail".
It has a continuous mail page which allows you to delete en mass. Click on FROM (which checks them all) then click on DELETE...either on your email page or keyboard. You can switch back to Classic mail afterward.
If there are some emails you want to save just go down the list and click on the check mark to remove it before clicking on DELETE.

You can switch to ALL NEW MAIL from MAIL CLASSIC by clicking on ALL NEW MAIL at the top of your email page or click on options. One of the options is to return to All New Mail.

Otherwise, with Classic, it's page by page.
BUT----you can speed it up by changing the "messages per page" to 200 instead of 25. That makes it 8 times faster, with 200 at a time.

On your email page click on options (top right) then MAIL OPTIONS.. GENERAL will be displayed if you now have the new format.. Now, go down to *Folders/Search Results* and change the number in the box to 200--by clicking on the down arrow to bring up the 200 option to set the number while you scroll to the bottom of the page to click "save". If you have the new format there is no SAVE to click on...

NOTE: if this is a ROADRUNNER email account and not a Yahoo email account then just call Brighton House, or whoever you have it with, and ask them. good luck

Why does gmail delete my sent mail?

As others have said, Gmail does not do this - or not normally. Default behavior is for your sent items to be “archived”, with a “sent” label on them. So if you click on the sent label in the left hand column, or do a search, you should see all your sent mail. If you do not, then there are only a couple of possibilities. Google Groupswdurham said:If you are using the webmail interface, GMail automatically applies a Sent label to all mail you send, and those mails - and thus any conversation which contains a message sent by you - will show up when you click Sent in your sidebar. This label cannot be removed. If you don't see your Sent mail when you click Sent, then either:1. Something is deleting those conversations from your account. The most common culprit is a misconfigured filter designed to work on incoming mail. But filters also work on outgoing mail and can produce unexpected and unwanted results. A second common reason is that people mistakenly believe that what they see in Sent mail is a duplicate of what they see elsewhere, and so they delete the "duplicates".OR2. You are using another device or client to send mail, and this sent mail appears only on that client or device. So check the settings in the client or the app you use on the device, and make sure that you haven't opted for mail sent from there to appear in another folder, usually a local one, instead of having it go to the GMail Sent folder.

How do I delete all the emails in my Gmail inbox by one action only?

Note: This only works for Gmail and is updated to March 2, 2019. Lots of these posts are old and thus not relevant anymore since Gmail is always changing the layout. This does not pertain to unsubscribe, but there is a blurb at the end for those who asked since it is relevant for spam.Follow the below steps carefully:In the left box where you can see your different mailboxes (Inbox, Sent, etc), scroll down and select ‘More’.Select ‘All Mail’Click the check-mark to select all the emails in the current view, and then click ‘Select all x conversations in All Mail” (see screenshot)Hit the garbage can button above the emailsThen, select ‘Trash’ from the same left box where your different mailboxes are show and select ‘Trash’.Click the box above to select all the messages in the folder and click ‘Delete Forever’.Now all of your emails are deleted forever. This does not unsubscribe you from spam emails. Even in google’s spam folder, it does not catch all the spam, and sometimes mistakenly puts important emails in there. Also, sometimes you do not have the username and password to unsubscribe, and you are not able to.For this, tools exist. A famous example is Unroll.me.I personally prefer newer applications, of which there are many. These have better usage and design and take less time.My personal favorite is Mr Clean, linked here. This one automatically identifies the least relevant emails and allows you to delete them or even put them in a hidden folder that deletes after 30 days. I like this function in case I mistakenly put something.Best of all, no spam and easy unsubscribing means a less cluttered life and more focus on the things that make me smile, like my pet fish Dracula and eating pancakes in my overalls.

How do I undo a sent mail after one day?

Now, GMAIL does have a “Enable Undo Send” option that you can set, but it is really a “delay send” feature, and it only works to a very short maximum of 30 seconds. But I do suggest people enable it so that they can cancel something from being sent out right away if they realize they hit “send” when they didn’t mean to.Unfortunately, that won’t help you for an Email that is sent out longer then this. And Gmail which is cloud-based doesn’t have a “Recall” feature like Microsoft Outlook Exchange, so there aren’t really any other options. (And note that the “Recall” feature in Microsoft Outlook Exchange is very limited, doesn’t always work, and only works well within certain corporate environments).I do not believe that Google has any way to “pull an Email” out of someone’s inbox once it has been delivered to them. So, here is one option…Build a time machine…Travel back in time to right before you hit the “Send” button..Make those changes to the Email that you should have done the first time and resend it the way you meant to in the first placeProblem solved!Or next time, think long and hard before you hit the “Send” button..Or contact the person you sent it to and ask them very nicely to PLEASE DELETE the Email that you sent before they open it, and that it was sent in error. Although my experience is that if you do this, they will still probably read it before deleting.Or prepare to explain to the person you sent it to why it was a mistake.. remember that important word in life called “apologize” ? Seems that many people these days have forgotten how to do that and think that technology can fix everything. But we are all human, and we all mess-up.Own-up to your mistake, be honest, humble, and maybe they will actually come to respect you MORE as a result of this mistake. And you will have certainly learned an important life lesson yourself…Some things can’t be taken back once they are said or done.Such is life..Good luck and Peace!Dr. Michael Einstein
