Military no contact order drop?
My fiance and I are both in the military and had a situation arise which had our commander put a no contact order on us. This no contact order is in effect till next year! I PCS in two months and intended on him coming with me. We were supposed to get married before hand so he was able to PCS, my chain of command is not helping me in being able to lift this no contact order, do I have any options I can use to lift this order or am I out of luck ?

you don't. they will process him when they process him. ESPECIALLY if they feel he is faking or blowing smoke, they will make his life miserable by dragging their heels. Also, he is NOT a priority for them as they really only care about taking care of the ones that fulfilled their commitment and completed training. He would have gotten out of there faster had he just sucked it up and completed basic.

How long can a military no contact order last?
My spouse and I have had this order for over 2 months now and I am wondering if this is something that can last forever or is there eventually a time where it has to end? We have only had contact to attend marriage counseling and we both have attended anger management and him the ASAP program in which he has completed. So why can't it be lifted if we have done everything that has been asked of us?

The very short answer is, you don't. If you have proof of concept for a technology that you think would be useful to the US military, your best bet would be to get a patent, and show it off at a trade show and let Uncle Sam come to you. If you want to be all secret squirrel about it, then you can try to pitch the idea to a company that already makes things for the Defense Department like Northrup Grumman, Lockheed Martin or any of the other big defense companies. It really just depends on what you've got, and how much control you want to have over exposure to a product.If you're just looking to have good ideas, then I'd say try to get a job at an FFRDC like MITRE or MITLL, as their whole purpose is coming up with great ideas. Can a military recruiter contact my previous employers?
He could, but I sincerely doubt he will. It is very difficult to find peopel these days that can get past all the pre-requisites without requiring endless waivers. If you are a quality recruit who can meet the initial challenges of being accepted, I highly doubt the recruiter will be interested in your work history. Trust me that you will be engrained with the ability to get to work early in the military. Good luck!!
