Having the a recovery drive with the install.win file is good.As Paul Olaru 's answer states, you should be able to reinstall with this CD. You won't be able to boot into the recovery drive, as Paul indicates. Get into the recovery feature - that is usually through F11 or similar and choose the command prompt. You'll have the re-partition the disk, using the diskpart command.It is too much too get into diskpart here, so you'll have to search for tutorials (YouTube, etc) online.
