How Do I Edit Teams On Scoreboard How Can I List My Favorite Teams On Scoreboard For Ncaaf

Who gets your vote for the NHL All Star Game?

Pavel Datsyuk
Marian Hossa
Henrik Zetterberg
Nicklas Lidstrom
Brian Rafalski
Chris Osgood

F*ck the Habs.

Give me thumbs down *******, all six names are on the ballot. The Red Wings are the Western Conference All-Stars.

You can't ignore the truth, and you can't stop The Dynasty. We're repeating. Find something else to watch in May...my team's going to be on. You'll be watchin reruns of The Office while Nick Lidstrom is figuring out where to put his next new piece of hardware. Detroit Red Wings - 2008-2009 Stanley Cup Champions. I already got my locker room hat.

Change scoreboard to MLB?

Not without a chair, a bucket, and three overalls.

Worst Fans in The NHL?

it's hard to say. Every team has bandwagon fans and obnoxious fans, but at the same time every team has a very loyal fan base. And it's unfair to compare them based on size of their fan base, since some markets just aren't meant for hockey, but that doesn't mean they have bad fans

Most obnoxious fans:
Phili-ever seen the eagles play? the same drunks make up the core of the Flyers' fan base as well
NYR-same @$$holes who cheer on the Yankees
Pitt-but every reigning cup champion has obnoxious fans who end every argument with "we won the cup last season"

Most Bandwagoners
Pitt-see cup champs
Caps-even though I am one, I have to admit most of our fan base has not been loyal or existent for much of the decade until they started winning

Smallest fan base
Dallas
Phoenix
Atlanta
Florida
Tampa
all of them are non-traditional markets, so that explains a lot of it

I cannot get My Teams to show up on the Scoreboard section of My Yahoo. What I am doing wrong?

Hey there,

Are you selecting the "My Teams" drop-down menu located at the top-right of the module? Please update your questions with some additional information (your favorite teams, missing teams, any non-favorite teams listed in the module, etc.) and I'll be happy to further investigate for you.

Thanks.

NHL players with the "it" factor?

I feel like an idiot homering Grabovski so hard at the begging of the season but this is still a pretty play
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yDaPWljA5...

BQ- Ovechkin was brutal in the game vs. the Habs- the much talked about no shots on goal but that was the least of it.....not backchecking on the Gomez goal (meanwhile Crosby makes a beautiful save tonight on the goal line), seemed to let up on a hit (didn't notice it until Cherry showed the clip), TERRIBLE line change as he standing beside the bench watching the winning goal being scored.
So....does Ovechkin now bounce back with one of his best games of the season?

I don't know. I will let you know tomorrow.

Just wanted to get a jump on thelue

BQ2- If you go back one year from today.....hasn't the last year really solidified that Crosby > Ovechkin? All homeristic views aside....if you can't see it by now then you are blind.

Now if he can keep his stick out of other players faces and stop crying I just might start to like him

BQ3- How lucky are the Devils to be tied 1-1?

Makes me wonder if Brodeur is done

BQ4- Jimmy Howard getting the rookie jitters? Kid always has had a gaping 5 hole.

Haven't see enough of his play to make a commet

BQ5- Aren't the "History Will Be Made" ads catchy? Good marketing?

Yes. and the parodies on youtube are awesome

BQ6- Is this Detroit game like a Ali-Frazier bout or what?

Yep

BQ7- Pens fans (silly bastards) still want Brent Johnson?

talk about jumping the gun yesterday

BQ8- Which Stanley Cup contender do you consider as having their window of opportunity closing (their best chance might be in front of them)? (MY PICK-SJ)

Liked I argued with you last year Washington and Pittsburgh have too much money locked up on a few players

BQ9- Which Stanley Cup contender do you consider as having their window of opportunity just opening (they will be in the mix for the next several years)?

I have embarrassed myself enough for one season. No more predictions until September for me

BQ10- Game 7....Stanley Cup Finals.....you get to OT......who do you want in your net?

Miller

Where would YOU put a NHL team?

Based on fan base, financial stability, want and need; where would you place a NHL team? What would you name it and who would you want to be captain, goalie and coach of your team...

My pick is Las Vegas. I really think with the millions of tourist in and out of Vegas it would make it financially capable to stay afloat; granted the team is winning. I would call it Las Vegas Vipors. My Coach would be Wayne Newton (that's a joke by the way) or Scott Bowman, my goalie would be Tom Jones (yet another joke) or Roberto Luongo and my captain will be Patrick Kane..

What is it like to cheer for a sports team that sucks?

It’s rough. I’ve been a Charlotte hornets fan for years and can’t relate at all to fans whose best memories consist of being there when their veteran hit a game winning buzzer beating corner three to hand them the championship. My best memory as a Hornet fan is probably the 48 win season we had in 2016. We made it to the playoffs and were up 3–2 at home with two minutes left, hoping to win a playoff series for the first time in over a decade. Things were looking more up than they have for a while till a man in the crowd, now infamously known among the Hornets fanbase as “purple shirt guy” started heckling Dwyane Wade.Wade, a 15.9% three point shooter that season, proceeded to hit two clutch threes, a fadeaway, and a stepback to take the series to game seven in Miami where we’d get absolutely blown out by a score of 73–106.After that series, the front office proceeded to hand out massive contracts to average players such as Nic Batum and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, busting our salary cap to a point of no return. It’s 2018, the Hornets are out of playoff contention, have committed more money next year than anyone else in the league and it’s looking like we’re going to have to trade our franchise’s best ever player in Kemba Walker to start a rebuilding process that will be even more painful than it sounds.Being a supporter of a lesser-known, smaller market team that offers little to no success forces one to appreciate the smaller things that others may ignore. The all-star appearances, the regular-season wins over the heavily rotated champions, and even the pre-game routine between Dell, our announcer, and his son, Stephen Curry every time the Warriors come to town. No matter what, I could never imagine myself supporting anyone wearing anything other than the league’s best purple and teal jerseys.

Why does fivethirtyeight.com not cover NHL statistics like they do with NFL or MLB statistics?

This article, ironically by fivethirtyeight itself, may shed some light on your question. As a Canadian, I’ve often wondered the same thing. I see lots of coverage for baseball, football and basketball. But the articles about hockey are few and far between. The article ranks the search popularity of various teams from the “big 4” sports: baseball, football, basketball and hockey. You’ll see that the most popular searched team in hockey, the Montreal Canadiens, are far below multiple teams from the other three sports. They literally aren’t even in the same league in terms of popularity. Broadcast networks’ coverage is also a big tipoff: it is well known that football is the biggest draw for networks, and hockey is often relegated to junk time. These insights led fivethirtyeight to question whether “there’s really a “big three” rather than a “big four”? In the states, that’s actually not too far-fetched.To illustrate just how unpopular hockey is in the US relative to Canada, check out another article by fivethirtyeight. North of the 49th parallel, our population is roughly a tenth of the States’. We have six professional teams compared to twenty four in the US. And yet in terms of NHL team revenue, Canada and the US are nearly equal.Fivethirtyeight is headquartered in New York. As a publisher whose primary objective is to make advertising revenue, it’s probably in their best interest to crank our more articles about NFL preseason predictions or the Warriors’ record shattering season. When it comes to lack of coverage of the NHL, we might want to look at our collective viewing habits as an audience. We might find that the puck stops here.

Goodbye hockey section?

Hi Oh no, TDK I knew you where having some medical issues, but did not realize it was so serious. Take your break, drink juice, back on the farm we mixed equal parts honey and lemon juice and take it by the spoonful. I called my churches prayer line and you are now on the top of the list. If prayer heals then you my friend should be better in no time. I actually am thinking about making a burnt offering to Yahweh, anything to insure your timely return. I have the new AT&T Tilt so I should be qualified to now answer all those AT&T questions so that they wont bother you. I believe Mats will play in the all-star game and for 5 secs appear on ice between Mr Hawty and Caveboy, none of them will drink from the cup though. Thank You

NHL survey, player vs player?

Seguin (dude needs to party less and get serious tho)

Sedin twins : The most equal tie in hockey history. Seriously look at their career stats synergy.

Marchand.

Pacioretty : Tuff choice but this one's much younger. Let's see if he can make a career out of it.

Lunqvingst : Well yeah , again. Thomas is old so strategically it's sounder to choose this guy. Still think there's no one quite like Thomas to stop a puck right now.

Seidenberg.

Hartnell : Me likes me some fun power forward goofing around.

Price : My god what would MTL be without this guy lol. Simple , 15th.

Bergeron : Depends on what my team would need the most. But overall he's better.

Crosby : By far , if healthy. limbo answer. Don't know what to make of this.

Giroux : It's not a secret that Tampa's star players have sucked at playing D for many years.

Schneider : He's slowly being given a chance. And it shows to be a good decision.
