I can't add my yahoo acct on my Blackberry phone. I changed the password yesterday and now I can't add it.?
I changed my password on my email account. My email is synced in my Blackberry Q10 phone. I removed/deleted my yahoo account there then added it again with the new password but it just kept on saying "At this time your email account can't be added. Please try again later. I've been trying almost every hour for 36hrs now and still the same. I contacted my network provider and talked to their technical support team and they said they can't help me because the problem is with the Yahoo server. That maybe it just hasn't refreshed with my new password. They said they can't help me because the error message is just saying for me to try later. I am beyond frustrated now. I tried adding my other Yahoo email account but I still get the same message. I tried adding my Gmail account and it has no problems which made me think the problem is only with Yahoo. What can I do?

Why has my Yahoo account on my Blackberry stopped working?
I have been using Yahoo Mail on Blackberry for at least 4 years with no problems. Today, it just stopped working: I can send emails but can't receive them. If I log into my account on a PC, I can see all my mail. If I move a message into Trash and back into the Inbox, it then appears on my Blackberry. This is really frustrating, although not as frustrating as the fact that it is impossible to contact Yahoo directly to sort this out.
