How to flatten a pixie cut?
I have a pixie cut that's grown out a bit. The sides are around 2-3 inches long and the top is 4-5, and it poofs out. Not too much, but it won't lie flat on my head like I'd like it too. Do you know how I can get it to sit flat until I can get it cut again? Thanks!
6ft girl with broad shoulders - can I get a pixie cut?
I'm quite tall, and I've got fairly broad shoulders, a long chin, oddly/largish shaped nose and MASSIVE dimples (they pretty much eat my whole face up) with brown hair and tanned-ish skin. I'm not mighty attractive, but that's OK because I love me the way I am. I was just wondering if you guys think that girls with broader shoulders can still pull off pixie cuts. Haven't had one since I was eight, so I'm a tad apprehensive. And - can hairdressers do anything? I might ask for long bangs, but can they cut them or does it depend on my hair?
Pixie cut, no makeup?!?
I had long blonde hair and I pixie cut it as well! I am very boyish, and was actually called "Sir" at Urbane cafe if I had my hood on -.- haha. anyways.. Cut it in a way that will flatter your face shape. And styling is key! For me, it takes about 2 seconds to put in some dry wax and about 2 minutes to blow dry it the way I want. So it is not to big of a commitment if you cut it the right way! If you do want to look more girly, wear a colored lipgloss. Super easy and quick to put on, and instant girlyness! Don't worry about being mistaken for a boy, if it ever happens. It happens to me a lot and it's actually really fun to troll people ;) Have fun with your hair!
