How do you delete/change a saved address in the gps of a 2013 Hyundai Elantra?

Hello. It should probably be in your manual. But if not,

1. Go to SETUP

2. Click MY PLACES

3. Go to DELETE PREVIOUS DESTINATION

It would give you the choice of deleting all your previous destinations or selecting the ones you want to delete.

4. Press DELETE.

You would get a prompt that reads: DO YOU WANT TO DELETE PREVIOUS DESTINATION?

5. Press YES.

And you're done. These are the steps on the 2013 Hyundai Tuscon Navigation System. It should be the same or similar for the Hyundai Elantra.

Good luck with it and have a beautiful day.

I received alot of failure notices to people in my address book and I did not send any of them an e-mail.?

This is usually caused by a malware infection on your computer
1 - change your password and make sure the alternate address is still yours
2 - run a full virus scan and delete all infected files
3 - run a full malware scan and delete all infected files. If you don't have one, download and run the free version of Malwarebytes. Your virus scan will not detect malware.
4 - after running both scans, delete your browsing history and cookies and empty your cache
5 - restart your computer

This should stop it

How do you disable Facebook's "People you may know" feature?

How you can deactivate this creepy Facebook featureHave you ever glanced at the Suggested Friends category in your Facebookaccount and noticed some random people who look vaguely familiar mixed in with your real friends and acquaintances? Well, you might have passed those people on the street. How did these people get onto your screen? CNET reports that Facebook uses the geolocation data from your phone to be a friend matchmaker of sorts, suggesting people who are close by."We often suggest people you may know based on things you have in common, like mutual friends, places you've visited, or the city you live in," a Facebook spokesperson said in a statement. "But location information by itself doesn't indicate that two people might be friends. That's why location is only one of the factors we use to suggest people you may know."Still, it may seem a little unsettling, even creepy to know Facebook is tracking your movements and using the information in this way.If you want to avoid getting friend suggestions for nearby strangers, you can easily disable the feature from your Facebook smartphone app. Here's how:For Android devicesThose with the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system can head into Settings, choose Apps, then select Facebook, select Permissions, and then set Location to "off."For Apple devicesApple fans who want to avoid unwanted social media attention from strangers in the neighborhood can follow these steps. To disable the feature in iOS, head over to Settings, choose Privacy, then go to Location Services, and select Facebook. Once you choose Facebook, tap on "never" in the list of options for allowing location access.

Email Worm, What one is it and how do I remove it?

I don't think anyone knows at this point. I received two of these recently from a friend, and each had a different download link. The surprise.exe file is encrypted so you can't easily tell what is in there.

I don't have a machine that I am willing to trash right now so I am not going to run it. I did scan the download with the latest version of Norton AV and it did not detect it -- so I believe it will be hard to remove using standard utilities. I am going to report it to Semantic. You need to report yours too so they realize this is a new threat.

The last one I received had the subject line Cheers!! and the following download link:

DO NOT DOWNLOAD
hxxp://rapidshare.com/files/217264463/...
DO NOT DOWNLOAD (unless you want to trace an e-mail worm)

Good luck. Run the commercial scanners, look for suspicious processes with hijack this, http://download.cnet.com/Trend-Micro-Hij... but most importantly, report it to your AV software vendor.

Use an archiving utility (see detailed instructions below) to create a ZIP containing the suspicious file; password-protect it with the password 'spyware', 'virus' or 'infected' and send attached to an email to spyware@ca.com or virus@ca.com. If you are uncertain, or require further information, contact CA Customer Support. Please ensure that you have your customer Site ID ready.

When sending in samples to spyware@ca.com or virus@ca.com ...

Here is the link for reporting to Symantec https://submit.symantec.com/websubmit/re...

Each vendor should have a similar procedure.

Good luck.

A friend from your phone contacts is also on messenger, you added them on a certain date. Does that mean that I added them on Facebook messenger?

No not necessarily. You don’t have to manually add names or phone numbers for someone to show up in messenger.People who show up in your messenger range from email contacts, contacts/phone numbers that you have manually entered into your mobile device, including random incoming and outgoing calls made to and from your mobile device. This is the default setting, although you may not notice it unless you’re aware of it. To prevent these random numbers from being synchronized you will need to immediately delete incoming and outgoing phone numbers that you have not and do not want as contacts. This is tricky because you don’t know when Facebook synchronizes these numbers. All that’s required for someone to show up in your Facebook messenger is either a phone number, and/or email address that's linked to a Facebook account, and you and the person have had some prior contact via or email, (this can include random incoming and outgoing calls, if they remain in your phone long enough to be synchronized by Facebook, and so long as your settings are left to Facebook's default), or you’re on each other’s friend list, which will then be automatic. However, if the contact doesn't have the messenger app installed, but they do have Facebook account, you will still see their Facebook profile name in your messenger app and you will have an option to send them an invite. There are some exceptions where a contact won’t show up, for instance, if a phone number, email, or random number isn't linked with Facebook, the account holder will not show up even if you manually attempt to add them in messenger, obviously because the information isn't linked with Facebook.Or let’s say you get a new phone number or you change the email address that was linked to your Facebook account, and you don’t update the new number or the new email to your Facebook, this leaves your old number still linked to your Facebook, and the person who eventually gets your old number as their new number and this person isn't affiliated at all with Facebook or messenger, and they don’t know that you didn’t update your Facebook information, in this case your old phone number along with your Facebook profile will continue to show on messenger, and will remain until the information is updated by either you or the new account holder. For the latest updates and information, I recommend that you check your Facebook security settings and messenger settings so you can personalize them to suit your needs.
