This really sux because you're friend is the type of person that you shouldn't be friends with. Here's the thing. There are many different people in the world, but not that many personalities. The girl that is your friend does not have a big empathetic personality. That means she doesn't feel bad for you very much. It's not really her fault, that's just the way she is. Just like a snake biting someone who has nursed it back to health. It's an effin' snake, what the heck did you expect it to do? So my advice is to not share anything secret with her anymore and start looking for a new BFF. She's got her mind and her eye somewhere else and if you keep trying to force a friendship with her, she's gonna end up hurting you more than this. And next time it may be a biggie. She just doesn't see anything wrong with what she's doing and no amount of you flagging it in front of her or crying about it is gonna make her see the error of her ways or make her pity you or feel bad. It's just not in her. She's not built that way. She's a snake. Move on.

I've been here before... ask him about his life. How class was, work, friends, anything that has to do with him, because everyone likes talking about themselves. If he keeps redirecting the conversation to something sexual, don't respond, because that's all he's interested in.
What do you talk about when texting your friends?
My friends and I we talk about first the serious stuff. We talk about some of the uncertainties of our future and our academics and what we wanted to do and what our parents expected us to do.Then we would move to a more lighter discussion. My friends would talk about stories that happened to them in their universities. I would talk about the weird stories that would constantly happen to me, and once in a while we'd laugh and reminisce about our high school stories and past.That's what I talk about. :)

It depends on what your motivation for the talk is.... Is it a girl or a boy.... If you are wanting to flirt/impress him/her believe me there is no end to topics.... Talk abt ur common interests.... What you like and what you dont.... If u hv just known each other.... Talk about ur past, ur future.... Ask the opposite person rhetorical questions to see how they would react to some problems u face.... Tbh good friends always find something or the other to talk abt.... However chat between 2 guys never stretch more than 20 to 30 mins unless they are going to start a startup or launch a cubesat to space... girls however can stretch convos to 2 to 3 hrs with ease.... They have this uncanny ability to make you talk from extreme shitty topics like what you had for breakfast to highly intellectual topics like feminism is necessary for indian women…..with guys you have to know wat the other person likes and dislikes.... For a guy who loves football.... Talk abt it obviously you will enjoy talking only if u hv similar tastes.... For a guy who loves coding.... Talk abt something new.... In case of girls too the same applies.... U hv to be a patient listener and know what the other person likes or wants to talk about.... It is not call of duty or assassins creed that you have a storyline, a strategy and you have a good topic..... Topics will crop up as conversation progresses.

Well I would get rid of her. Its obvious shes not 100% into you if she texting another guy. Eventually the lack of trust will come into play making you question her where abouts, cyber stalking her social media pages looking for hints and clues.This is not the way a relationship that has true meaning works. When two people are together they don't have friends of the opposite sex that are not friends with both of you.My ex boyfriend would always talk to a girl that was friends with him before we met. It angered me, he cherished her more than he did me. One day she complained to my boy friend about how her boyfriend was not happy about her talking to my boyfriend on a daily basis. You are not overreacting. It's rude. You will have to ask her to stop doing that when she is with you. If she won't stop, then spend time with other friends who treat you better. People need to make some agreements in their relationships regarding cellphone use.
