How do you check if someone tweeted something to you on twitter?
Easiest way is to click @whateveryournameis on the menu. It is the first button under Home. So if your name was @zoee_xo for example, click it and the tweets of anyone who has replied to you will appear :)
Twitter won't let me un retweet a tweet?
I retweeted some things a few months ago that i want to unretweet. But, it doesn't have the green arrow on the corner of the tweet through the computer and it doesn't show "retweeted" in green like it usually does. Even when i go on the app the retweet button isn't green. It's mostly happening to my older retweets but its only from like 3 months ago!! HELPPP Is it just twitter acting up like it usually does???
If i set my twitter private would my tweets, retweeted by others disappear?
If it's already been retweeted, even after you changed the settings, what was retweeted BEFORE you made your account private, will still be visible. You should know though that regardless if your account is private, tweets can still be retweeted manually (i.e RT @username: [whatever you wrote in your tweet here]). That in mind, your account is never truly "private".
