What's the best liquid foundation for dry and sensitive skin?

Dry skin & foundation problems?
first of all,i feel your pain. it sucks to have dry skin,i know. i normally have combination skin,but after using a product my skin became excessively dry and it was so annoying! makeup did not look nice on me at all,and did in fact accentuate the dryness. however,after using a few products/techniques i got my regular skin back. this worked for me,for now,i suggest you try it but i don't gurantee results bc everyone's skin is different. 1.to get rid of the dead skin cells on your face,you must exfoliate.buy something nice and gentle,and that won't be too harsh on your skin.just use an exfoliating scrub.they sell them at drugstores,actually. 2.like the 1st answerer said,moisturize quickly after! buy a really hydrating glowy moisturizer something that will provide you with alot of moisturizer. i used: clean n clear morning glow,and it helped restore my moisture. 3.do a honey/olive oil face mask! honey and olive oil are known to help dry skin.i did a honey mask myself and found that it did indeed,help a bit.just pour a bit of honey and smear it all over your face,and leave it on for a while,then wash it off. 4.use a moisturizing facial wash.buy lots of produts that involve moisture,bc that's what you need. 5.drink plenty of water.i drank alot of water and it helped my skin. 6.don't use facial cosmetic wedges.use a good brush to apply your foundation! 7.since your foundation doesn't want to stay in place,then i do think you should get a primer.don't get anything with that says matte or anything like that.look for something that says brightening,or anything involving moisture. 8.avoid powder,and anything that involves the word matte,or satin like the 1st answerer metioned.steer clear of those bc that will just emphasize the dryness on your skin. i hope this works for you! good luck xoxoxo
Will MAC foundation cover red blotchy skin?
Yes, MAC foundation will work if you get the right type for your skin. When you go to a MAC store, ask a make-up artist to try some foundation on you and give you something that works with your skin. BTW, you don't have to use MAC foundation or any other high end foundation, drug store foundation nowadays is really good, like covergirl, rimmel and revlon have some really good foundation and it's like half the price of a MAC foundation. I would reccomend covergirl and olay tone rehab. It's really good and only $18.
Best primer for oily/combination skin?
Hi; I never used a primer before and I really want to know what's the best one. I'm currently only using L'oreal True Match foundation and a moisturizer. I know I need to start wearing a primer, concealer, pressed powder but I don't know what to get. I'm not going to buy anything that's like MAC or anything expensive because i don't wanna get something that doesn't work. I'm just started wearing makeup and I'm new to all this. I don't have anyone to show me tips and stuff expect online, my mom doesn't really wear anything. What's the best drugstore foundation, primer, Translucent powder, concealer for oily/ combination skin? Please help, that'll help me out soooo much!!!
Finding the right foundation for oily skin?
That's been my problem for years. A few months ago I finally found a 2 in 1 base/foundation by covergirl that isnt too oily nor makes me break out. But I still try to use as little as possible to prevent the oily skin. It's tone rehab by covergirl & Olay. It's the one Ellen DiGenerous advertises. Sometimes I use another foundation, dream smooth moose by mayebeline, over the rehab or I use the dream moose alone. Over many years of using different foundations to cover my acne scars, theses have been the best, especially tone rehab.
