How Long Does It Take To Get From Bangkok To Krabi By Bus

How long of a train ride is it from Bangkok to Phuket?

It wouldn't be worth it unless you fly if you're only in Thailand for 9 days. As Bob said, there is no train to Phuket and a bus would also take too long (about 12 hrs. or so each way).
Airlines like Air Asia, Nok Air, Thai Airways and Bangkok Airways all fly to Phuket from Bangkok. Air Asia and Nok sometimes have fares on sale that are as cheap as a bus or not that much more.

How long will it take me to walk 745 km? My route is from Bangkok to Krabi.

Sorry to not actually answer your question, but… If you don’t know how far you can walk in a day, why are you considering a 745 km walk?It is a serious undertaking to spend weeks on foot, in a hot and humid climate on roads that are notoriously dangerous. If you have not practised, planned, prepared and plotted your route in detail, you are doomed to fail.

How do I plan my 7-day trip to Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket and Krabi with my family at the end of November?

End of November is already nice for water activities. It won’t rain too much and tourism tends to be on the lighter side. Prices are lower than in January.day 1 arrive bkk. Checkin. Enjoy the city, spending on which day of the week, enjoy JJ market and have street food there. In the evening, go to explore more of the city.Day 2 do a river boat tour (hop on hop off tourist boat) and explore the Palace, Chinatown, Wat Arun and have tea at any one of the riverside terrace restaurants (ranging from simple shacks to Mandarin Oriental).Make your way to Jim Thompson House. Get a tour before 4pm and enjoy Happy hour from 5–6 then enjoy a nice dinner there. Afterwards explore MBK and the adjoining Nightmarket. You’ll be tired.Day 3. Take a big taxi to Pattaya after breakfast (yes taxi is perfectly fine and you negotiate the fare beforehand). You can negotiate to have the driver stay with you for the day. Go to floating market or even Nong Nuk Garden elephant show (I don’t do those anymore but some enjoy). Evening go to walking street and enjoy the smells and sights of this tourist destination. Do NOT enter the water at he beach. Or you might not make it for the rest of the trip. I wouldn’t bother with any of the jet skis or boat excursions here.Day 4. After bfst head to either Utapao or BKk airport for your flight to PhuketDay 5/6/7 enjoy Krabi and head to Phuket. Depending on what time of year, you might want to go snorkeling or enjoy a hike at Khao Sok. You can rent a car or hire a driver. Between Krabi and Phuket it’s an easy drive. You can explore a cave in the way in PhangNa, too.In Phuket you should definitely visit the Chalong Bay rum factory, Torry’s Ice cream in old town and enjoy a seafood dinner at Rawai. Explore one of the Jim Thompson outlets and even take a stroll down Bangla walking street.Sometime on Day 7, heat back to Phuket Airport for your flight home.

Best Beaches For Snorkeling Near Bangkok?

You can do snorkeling at Koh Chang and catch a government bus from Ekkamai bus station for around 300 baht and a 6 hour ride. Koh Chang the hotels will be much, much cheaper. You can rent a moped for 200 baht per day and get yourself around the whole island without ever needing a taxi.

The whole Koh Chang experience is really super nice and I am sure you would have the best time there compared to more expensive and touristy areas.

There are also many fresh water waterfalls you can swim in with crystal clear water.
