How Much Does Burger King Uk Pay

Burger King hasn't paid me?

First job at burger king. First day of work was september 4th so this Saturday will be exactly 4 weeks and I haven't gotten paid yet, and supposedly you get paid every two weeks... I should be getting my 2nd paycheck this saturday, but I haven't even gotten ONE.

i ask and they tell me some bs that 1st week goes towards when you quit/fired/leave the job. So I should still have gotten paid two weeks after (3 weeks) and I didn't last thursday. They're saying I'll get paid the first thursday of October... that's 5 weeks though, wtf. I've been working 4 weeks for no pay.

I've asked subtly everytime, but I don't want to ask anymore, i've asked a lot and everytime the answer is confusing... like they're hiding something.

I keep all my clock out receipts and clock in so if they try to steal money i'll know.

What's going on here? can someone explain?

Does Burger King hold back your first weeks pay?

Depending on their pay schedule you will have to wait two to three plus weeks for your first pay to be received. Generally payday is 5 to 7 days after the end of the pay period. For instance, say you start on June 1 and you are paid weekly. The end of the pay period is june 7. The company processes the payroll and you might receive your pay 5 days later on June12. However most companies pay every two weeks or bi-monthly. In that case your first pay would get to you between June 19 -22.
Your manager can tell you exactly when your pay is coming.

I'm a 17 year old high school graduate. I am a "team member" at Burger King. When applying, I left my availability blank because I'm flexible. Now, I'm working over 40 hours a week. Am I entitled to receiving overtime pay? Thank you so much

The minimum wage for your area. You might get slightly above minimum wage if you have previous experience, are hired as a trainer/shift leader or work certain shifts, like graveyard. Don't count on making more than minimum wage, though.

How much does a burger king franchise owner make a year?

If you are in the US, there will be information in the Uniform Offering Circular (UFOC) regarding average unit volumes. You can also check with franchisees in the Burger King system. My experience is that franchisees will speak to you only after you sign the franchise agreement. The margins in fast food are very small. I believe that you will need sales somewhere around $1.0M to $1.4 million to make a Burger King work successful. At these levels I would expect profits available to owners to be at least $100K. If you face a difficult operating environment (high rent) or if you are a poor manager, you could earn less. Usually there are several franchisees who are successful at lower volumes.Keep in mind, that you want to look at your profits versus the investment you will need to make to open the unit.

First paycheck at Burger King?

If you started the week of payroll, like if they were getting paid that Friday, then you won't get paid until the next payday. In conclusion to that you would have your first week, second week, and third week. Or they might have one for the first week and then a second one for the next two but on the third week. Anyway it goes if payroll is this Friday you might not get paid.
