If you are truly, honestly in pain, you need to see a doctor and get treated appropriately. Self medication is not the answer. I wuld just go with 4-5 dollars as a good number..

He prescribed the meds because I get muscle spasms in my vagina and pelvis which are incredibly painful- I didn't really buy that diagnosis because I have also have PCOS and my symptoms of pain match endometriosis perfectly. I haven't had fantastic doctors, I've been bounced around to a few different gynecologists so I haven't gotten consistant care. Every day I get pain, usually starting inside of my vagina, then it spreads to my uterus and ovaries. I've tried taking the medication but the pain still persists. During periods I'm debilitated and stuck in bed unable to move. My uterus always cramps up, even when I'm not in pain, I've had problems with an enlarged endometrial stripe (17mm) and during a period the pain is severe. Even now, not due to have a period for 2 weeks I still get the uterine cramping.
