How much would it cost me to get my car's horn fixed?
I have a 2000 Dodge Neon. The horn hasn't worked in 3 or 4 years (yes, I know it's illegal). I've just moved to a state that requires vehicle inspections, so I'm gonna have to get it fixed. What I want to know is, if replacing the horn relay doesn't do the trick, how much might it cost me to have it fixed by a mechanic? I can't even find the horn when I look under my hood.

u dont fix a fuse.. you replace it. go figure out what amp and go to wal mart.

The bulb needs to be replaced. It's a simple case of burn-out. I'd say close to $5.00. If the car is experiencing OTHER electrical malfunctions then I'd say you have a problem on a larger scale. Go to the Buick Parts Department of your nearest dealership and tell them. they'll give you a new bulb and you can even replace it yourself.

I have a 93 mercury topaz. I have checked the relays and changed the fuses and the light dont appear to be blown. I think it could be a ground wire. how much might it cost me to have it fixed.
