Like Jon said, you can change it in Microsoft Internet Explorer by going Tools, Internet Options, Lan settings. Then if you are not behind a proxy, blank the fields. But seeing as it's avg that's giving the problem, go into avg and go settings, look around for an option to set the proxy address and port, blank those (or enter in the correct address if you're using one) and try again. All you have to enter into Setup of the network using control Panel. You have to set IP address to manual instead of automatic. Use the following values to update the same. IPv4 address 192.168.2.155 Default gateway 192.168.2.254 DNS server 192.168.2.254 Once you have entered the values press Ok. You will not require restarting the computer. Once you get finished try to ping on command prompt whether it is working or not. I think the drivers of the network adapter might be corrupted due to some reason. So I am suggesting you to visit the manufacture website to download the latest driver of the device. Once you have downloaded the driver install it on your computer and see whether the problem is solved or not. If still problem I am suggesting you to contact manufacturer with problem. I think they will solve your problem.

Below "Proxy Server..." says "Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections." I was downloading something then I thought I have to pay. So, I when back and exit Firefox. Now, there is a page load error. Can I fix this or do I have to download a new Firefox from Microsoft Internet Explorer like I'm using now, which this is not good browser.
