How To Get Good Grades In Igcse

Is a C in IGCSE Economics a good grade?

Hey, a C is a pass at IGCSE, so it is an ok grade, and your college or school should let you take it at AS/A level, as you did pass it. They may look at the grade you got in Maths.

Is "C" a good grade for IGCSE for maths?

well,i did IGCSE Core math cos i didn't have time to do extended.but extended,as i've heard,is only a bit more than core.just the addition of matrices, vectors, sets etc.if you think you're capable of taking math in the 6th form, try to.i take math AS level now(pure & mechanics).some schools let you into 6th form math with a C while others don't.it depends on the school you attend.at least, try to prove that you're good at it if it's absolutely necessary for you to do 6th form math.all the best!

Is a C good in IGCSE year 10?

It completely depends, what subject are you taking?
If you are working to the best of your ability then great! If you know you can do better then strive to be the best you can be!!!
In year 10 it's the start of your GCSE, you will be working towards developing your skills, understanding and knowledge and by year 11 you should have made progress!
Don't fret over one specific grade, your GCSE will include various grades from your coursework and exams!! Just do your best! That's all anyone can ask for!
When I left school I had a few c grades at GCSE, they are good accepted grades
Good luck, work to your best!!!!

Can you graduate from high school earlier if you get good IGCSE grades?

No, you cannot. There are hundreds of people who get excellent grades in IGCSE's, but they have to take A-levels, or the IB because you will not have sufficient knowledge by just the IGCSE's.
As for other countries, you'll have to see their university requirements but they will also probably have their own equivalents to the IB or A levels.

So will the IGCSE results be a contributing factor to getting into university at all? Or will universities only look at your IB results?

IGCSE's will only really determine if you/what you can do in the IB. Most universities will not look at them, unless many students have really good results and they need to differentiate between the two.
