How do movies get to cinemas?

Now that all movies are distributed as digital files, they are delivered to theatres two ways.  The first method is to send a hard disk drive to the theatre with the movie and all of the trailers that the studio wants to have shown before the movie.  Each theatre gets one copy of the movie and will copy it from the hard drive to the servers in each auditorium where the movie will be shown.  The other distribution method that is growing in popularity is to download the movie from a communications satellite or to get it through a high speed internet connection.  To do this the theatre needs a satellite reception dish and a library server where the movie is received and stored. Once on the library server, the movie file is sent to the playback server in the auditorium where the movie will be shown.With either distribution method, the movie is encrypted with a strong encryption system.  A digital  key is sent to the theatre for each server that will run that movie, allowing the movie to be shown in that particular auditorium.  Each key will only unlock that one movie on that one playback server, and only for a specific time period during which the movie can be played.  If the movie's run is to be extended, then a new security key needs to be sent.With this encryption system a single version of a movie can be distributed to thousands of cinema auditoriums, but the presentation of that movie is authorized and controlled by the distributing studio - right down to the individual auditorium and the hour of a particular day.

No one hires directors with no experience. You can’t even get into director training programs without having made films on your own. There aren't job fairs, or a magic degree, or a standardized internship program. Asking "How can I become a director" is like answering "how can I become an entrepreneur?" Anyone can become a director, just direct a film.If you want to be a director start directing things. Start making short films, or experimental films, or YouTube shows, or Vines, or fringe theatre shows. Start making friends with people who are writing, or acting in, or producing those things. If you're somewhere that doesn't *have* an artist community, or an actor community, or independant theatre or film scene, ask yourself how you can *create* those things. Start studying as much as you can about how the independant film industry works in your country. Start figuring out who the directors are whose work you love, or are big successes in your country/state/province and study *their* careers.Film school can be a tool in developing director skills - but you'll get significantly more out of it if you've started doing all these things *before* going to film school to get the most from assignments and classes. Depending on your country you may be better served by studying theatre or television to begin with or spending significant time in those communities.But absolutely none of this is a barrier to entry, at some point every working film director has simply declared themself "a director" and set out to try to make a living by directing some films.Addendum: Self-reference aside - the subtext of your question is “how do I get someone to pay me to direct a movie”. But the answer is mostly the same. The only way to to get paid work as a director is off a body of directing work (usually substantial, often self-financed). Short films, indie films, ads on spec, web-based projects - you need to have a body of demonstrable, finished, work to be considered for even the most trivial paid gig. There’s just too many people competing for too few opportunities, so you need a way to demonstrate a unique vision / style / approach that no one else has, and show that you can do it repeatedly.

Is there any hack to enter the cinema hall for free?

There are many ways to get into movies for free.Know a guy. More specifically, the guy that checks the tickets. Or know which guy it is. Chances are if you get some 19 year old, he won't care too much and will let a teenager into an R rated film. But I'm off topic. If you personally know him, cash in a favour that he let's you through sans ticket.Bathroom break. Buy 1 ticket, watch 3 movies. It's old-school but it works.Reuse tickets. If you buy a ticket for a movie, I bet you that you can get in again while the movie is still showing. All you gotta do is pay for 1 ticket, then flash the stub every other day you want to watch a movie. Just cover the date and come a bit after the beginning of the movie.Big groups and Boredom. If you have 4 people in a group. I'll bet 2 won't be checked for their tickets. Now, my cinema offers tickets online, so all you gotta do is show the same/similar barcode as everyone else in the group and it probably won't even be scanned. Hell, with some Photoshop you could probably reuse most of you tickets.Big groups and chaos. If you're at a particularly busy movie theatre, go when a big group of people goes and try to blend in. You can probably pass through the ticket check.I've only ever done #2 and that's because the theatre's prices were extoritinate. I've never tried nor do I recommend trying these.

How do I enter Malayalam cinema with no experience?

Experience is never a pre-qualification as far as Cinema is concerned. You need to have the calibre of acting which is something inbuilt. An example is Bharat Gopi. He obtained national award without being handsome! You can send your portfolio to various Directors like Sathyan Anthikkad, Siddique-Lal, Rajasenan et. al.
