How to get slim thighs and calves? :)?

hiya, i'm wondering if anyone can tell me any exercises or diets i can go on to reduce leg thickness - actually, thickness a bit of everywhere! (e.g arms, legs, tummy..)

any sort of excersize or diet, i dont really mind how complicated it may be, the more options you can offer me the better...

reason is, im not the slimmest of girls, but i also know im not the fattest, i have a boyfriend, who in a couple of months is leaving and i probably not going to see him again, and before he leaves i would like to impress him with a slim figure...

i'm not asking for a diet or excercise routine that is extreme and ridiculously hard yet fast reactive necessarily - just ANYTHING that is proven to work, that takes away excess flab and thickness :-)

also- can any answers please include a time period so i know roughly whereabouts it will take to start noticing any differences? thank you!

How to tone calves?

I know this may sound a bit weird or impossible lol but i'm 15 and ever since i was younger, i've been on the petite/slim side. I know this girl who's petite (slim waist but has a booty and nice thick yet toned calves & thighs) and her body is basically perfect in my opinion lol i just wanna know some exercises that are proven to help me gain weight and muscle in my thighs and calves especially... thankssszzz

How do I slim my thighs and calves without bulking them up with too much muscle?

It's not exactly thought as "pretty" , where I'm from.
Like, i want slim and slightly toned calves, not big in width calves.
Anything that helps get rid of it?

How to slim down calf/calves legs muscle (for women)?

Exercise means more muscle, not going to help your situation.
Really nothing will help, because you stop your general routine that has built this muscle up (wearing high heeled shoes, clogs, sports that zero in on the calf muscles) and muscle that is not used will over time get flabby and appear like fat. Perhaps it's not completely feminine/model like, but it's not a turn off, calf muscles can be very toned and still slender, thigh muscles are a little different. I wouldn't worry about the definition, you'd be surprised to find out how many guys really like an athletic looking girl.
