This helps us fight spam. If it still cannot be sent, please modify the message or try again later. Sorry for the inconvenience. I get this message when I try to send email to anyone regardless of the content or weather or not there is a link in the body of the email. The last time I sent an email was in 2016 and in 2016 i sent a total of 4 emails so the volume of emails a send is not the problem. I have tried the new email and got a slimier error.

NOTE: If you do not see a menu bar with "File", "Edit", "View", etc, then click the gear icon in the upper right corner of your browser window and select "Manage add-ons..." 2.Then make sure the pull-down menu at the top reflects Show: Currently loaded add-ons. 3.Select J2SE Runtime Environment or Java within the main pane, and at the bottom-right of the Manage Add-ons window 4.Click the Enable button. 5.Click close. 6.Please close and re-open IE 9.0. If you cannot locate J2SE Runtime Environment or Java within the main pane, please reinstall Java , and then conduct the above troubleshooting steps. Hope it works for you!

I have yahoo pop mail and outlook. I can receive mail with no problem but sendin gis an issue. I get the following message "Send test e-mail message: Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP)." I have outgoing mail set to SMTP.mail.yahoo.com with password authentication set to on for outgoing messages. HELP - I AM LOSING MY PATIENCE!! Thanks
