I want to open an account on Instagram but it says this email is taken by another account. What should I do?

You probably tried to create an account a while back using the email address, but you just forgot about it.If the email is already associated with another account, it's obviously yours because you own the email… so just recover the account’s password.Try to login with your email address. You obviously don't remember/know the associated password, so click on the forgot password link, and follow the steps to recover or create a new password for the account.Instagram should send you some sort of verification email to that address to verify that it's your address.Check your email and follow the instructions in the email to recover your password.Once you've recovered or created a new password, simply log back into the account with the new password and VOILA! You're in.Once in, and you find out that it really isn't your account, but that some how, someone was able to create an account using your email address, you can just delete the account entirely, and/or first change the email address associated with the account (so you can create your own account using your email address), go and create a new account using your email address, and then delete the old account all together.Or, if you remember creating it and decide to continue using it, you can just do that. After you recover the account and can log in, what you decide to do is pretty much up to you at that point. But long story short, if the email address is used for another account and you really do own, have access, and manage the email account, then I would recover the account - Try to log in with the email address, click on forgot password, and follow the instructions to recover from there.Hope you found this answer useful/helpful.Cheers and Good Luck.BOOEY

How to find and recover old yahoo email accounts?

Do you close accounts due to inactivity?
Yes!. Accounts are deactivated and removed after four months of no use.

When an account is deactivated, you won't be able to access it, regardless of whether or not email has been received in the account during that time.

And sorry, but we can't retrieve any of the information that was formerly stored in it.

Note: With Mail Plus, your account will never go dormant due to inactivity. Check it out!

I can't remember my Yahoo! ID (user name). Help!
Your Yahoo! ID is usually the first part of your Yahoo! Mail address. For example, if your Yahoo! Mail address is person@yahoo.com, your Yahoo! ID is "person."

If you can't remember your Yahoo! ID, you can try logging in using any of your other Yahoo! profiles, as long as they're part of the same Yahoo! account.

For example, if you know you've got a profile called "chatperson" that you use in Yahoo! Chat, you could log in to Yahoo! Mail using your "chatperson" profile and your password. This logs you in to your Yahoo! Mail account, and you'll then be able to see your Yahoo! Mail address at the top of your Inbox.

You can also use the Sign-In Problems page to find your Yahoo! ID. To get there, click the "Forget your ID or password?" link on the login page. You'll be asked your birthdate and ZIP code or country. Then we'll request the alternate email you provided when you set up the account, so we can send you the information there

I want to create a single e-mail account (preferably a Gmail account) and connect multiple e-mail IDs to it, so that if someone sends mail to that account, it is automatically forwarded to all enlisted mails. How can I do this?

Technically this is called email aliasingSay, you want to create a mail id by name support_for_my_company@gmail.com and any mail sent to this id should also go to support_executive1@gmail.com , support_executive2@gmail.com. If you have your own domain and use Google Apps or Zoho mail or the default mail service provided by your host it is easier to do. You need to just create the alias email id and map the users email id (who are all needed to receive that). i.e support@yourdomain.com can be aliased to user1@yourdomain.com , user2@domain.com etc . It is relatively simple and straightforward. The normal Gmail does not support this, but there is a workaround which is explained in the following URL:https://support.google.com/mail/...Hope it helps.
