Hi,I am answering this Anonymously because i want to share the real Face of Wagholi, which might hurt some people and they might hurt me .. :)It is ruled by Goons —if you are staying post Wagheswar Temple then you are on the mercy of Goons , incident dates a few days back my friend had an accident when 2 guys fully drunk crashed into this Car and then my friend and his family was beaten by their associates, when i reached there he was given a lesson of life time for buying home in Wagholi(car was damaged, family was beaten and no help from Cops ) .if You buy in Wagholi be ready to face a massive traffic jam in rush hours and stupid village people driving like crazy and if you say something be ready for point 1.There is 1 proposed flyover from Wageshwar temple to Kesanand Phata but it is never going to get build as villagers have shops on both side of road and they are actually doing their level best that this flyover is never constructed and have been succeeding from past 7 years and i don’t have to elaborate how they are succeeding …Wagholi is till under Gram Panchyat (GM) and they will not let it go as they get huge revenue from warehouses of lots and lots of companiesGM is not efficient in Waste Management and being burning Garbage on Nagar Road from past one yearGM is not able to supply drinking water in most societies .No Security , even if you have guards as guards and robbers are linked and have been found in most cases (Villagers bhai bhai types)You will be dependent on tankers for water supply , which again is ruled by Goons and they have their monopoly on rates , you can argue with them as they start fighting and bring in Marta and Non Marta agenda (very common), recent cases have happen with societies on baif road .Power cuts are for long hours and frequent.Sanitation situation is very bad .In a sum-up you may buy flat here but don’t come to live for the next 7 years.
