Does the Spillproof feature in Xbox one really makes xbox waterproof?
Ugh, yes for the last time the xbox one IS waterproof. It's one of the main features i don't understand why everyone has such a hard time believing it. Have you ever heard of next gen? This is the future. We are the future. The xbox was meant to be innovative, thats what it is. Whether from your living room, the deep darkness of space, or the rough coral reefs of the abyssal plain, the xbox is there for you, watching... and listening. It is practically the most resilient piece of human equipment ever made, capable of withstanding lethal doses of radiation and bullet fire, you'd be crazy not to buy it. It truly is ALL IN ONE.
Xbox license transfer not working?
The license transfer system only transfers the licenses of downloads the account has at that time, it can't transfer the licenses of downloads that account doesn't have yet. Melvin is quite correct though, what you are doing is marketplace theft and can ge the accounts and systems of those involved permanently banned for committing marketplace theft, so it would be best that you and your friend buy the downloads for yourselves, or get someone you know to buy them for you legitimately. Edit: What is with the explosion of marketplace theft questions like this? I have seen dozens of these within the past few days, when normally I see only a couple in a month.
If I wanted to transfer my digital games from XBOX 360 to XBOX One, would I need both consoles to do so, or could I transfer my XBOX 360 to a portable HD and then to an XBOX One?

You just log into an Xbox one, check you ready to install list and, if the publisher has let MS enable that game, it'll be waiting for you.on a technical standpoint the 360 game you play on X1 isn't the same file as you was playing on 360. (It's fully compatible with your cloud saves)
Should I use my financial aid to buy an Xbox One?
If you intend on transferring to a full time university after you're done community college, I would save as much as you can. I'm not against getting yourself a treat, you deserve it after your hard work, but I would use your own money to buy it over any sort of aid. I started at community college and have been at my university for over a year and I wish I had saved more. Sometimes aid won't cover everything once you're in a university so you'll have out of pocket costs on tuition, books, etc. Best to start saving now.

Rockstar did allow a character transfer from GTA V Xbox 360 to Xbox One which would retain your online character. Unfortunately, that character transfer utility ended March 6, 2017. The transfer process is not coming back. At this point, there’s no way to import your avatar from your Xbox 360 game into your Xbox One game.Having transferred my character long in the past, I will say that it’s not a perfect process. When it transferred my character, it only transferred the parameters available on the Xbox 360 version at the time. When you create a new character today on the Xbox One, your character will actually have improved features. Of course, that means any money you had accumulated on the Xbox 360 with your old avatar will be lost. You’ll have to use your newly created character to accumulate more money.Rockstar occasionally gives away money if you play certain events or play during certain times. So, watch for these if you’re looking for extra money for your online character.A custom avatar is only used when playing GTA V Online. This character is not used for single player campaign mode at all.

Depends on what progress. If your talking single player then no. If your talking your multiplayer level and prestige then yes you'll still be where you were at. That's linked to your gamertag.
GTA V from Xbox 360 to Xbox one?
you cannot transfer the xbox 360 version. you need to re-buy the xbox one version of GTA V again. I still recommend doing that, as the graphics are a ton better, with new features and gameplay then the 360 version didn't have. in the future, i would recommend buying games physically. you don't have to worry about internet speed when downloading games digitally, except for game updates, and you can resell them easier if you have the physical disk. either to a store like game stop or disc replay, or to a friend or online. i never buy games digital, unless it's a free games with gold, or a game that isn't made on a disc, like soon to be Rocket League.
